Xiumin, at the age of twenty two, meets Chanyeol. Chanyeol was an eighteen year old drop out, and wanted a job at the coffee shop he worked at.

After some consideration, and looking at the others ratty clothes, he put in a good word with the manager. He had a good feeling about Chanyeol, despite his appearance.

"You'll need to shower, get cleaned up because your beard is a little scruffy, and have nice clothes." Minseok said softly, not wanting to put him off.

Chanyeol figeted, "Oh. Yeah."

"If you cannot do that on your own, I can loan you my shower and shaver, and I can get you clothes as well." He smiled, "You could also live with me until you get on your feet."

"I cannot do that to you! That would be imposing."

Minseok shook his head, "No, you would not be imposing, I requested for you to live with me. Just until you get on your feet."

"B-Bu-"

"No, you're going to stay with me." He leveled the taller with a firm glare. "I get off at two then we'll go to the apartment, alright?"

Chanyeol bowed, looking like he was going to cry. "Th-Thank you."

Minseok chuckled, wiping down the counter. "But it is not going to be easy, Chanyeol. I expect you to at least clean up after yourself, do a chore or two, and work hard here. I wont have you slacking off because I am the supervisor, kay?"

"O-Okay."

Three months later, Chanyeol was still working
