(19 years before D-Day) 

"Eomma! wait for me!" I ran down the stairs in lightning speed, not wanting to be abandon by my mother.

"Hurry or I'll leave without you!" My mother yelled, while getting into the car.I ran even twice as fast and made it before my mother drove out of the driveway.

 

"I made it!"

"Well look who showed up. Your brother is a lazy boy isn't he poong?" My mother kooed at my dog.

 

"Mom~ I'm not lazy and I'm not a boy either." I whined as i pouted with my arms crossed

 

"If your not lazy or a boy, what are you?" My mom asked while backing out of the driveway.I made a superman pose and proudly yelled,"I'm a man!"

"Hehe~ A man indeed." My mother gave me a hearty smile through the mirror. 

 

"But I'm also a superhero as well."

"Really? I didn't know!" My mother gave a shocking face. I made a proud grin and nodded.

 

"So will you protect me if something bad happens?"

"Of course Eomma!! I will always protect you!"

 

"Hehe~ You're my hero~" My mother sang to me.

 

"Promise to protect me."
