My story
Kpop DietSo I have been tryig to lse weight for a while. I had talked to my friend because se looked like she did. She said that she only ate 1 meal the rest of the day it was water. So I figured I would give it a try. I'm 120 lbs and 5'6". I will workout and do the diet. Everyday I would go to spot practice (volleyball) for 2 hours then I also ave PE which is kia hard. We run a mile every monday and friday then oneday we do weights and another we do a full body workout just hings like that but Iave a strict teacher so things are much harer with her. I also walk home which is about 30 minutes and 4 miles away. I also learn kpop dances like snsd, 4minute, sistar and I dance nonstop for atleast an hour. So I will also drink water for lunch and breakfest and eat healthy for dinner.
Some facts about me (health wise)
I don't drink soda
I don't eat bread (I can't)
In order for me to lose weight I need to lose weight then stay that weight or near under it for a week then I can eat anything I wt and not gain weight. Example I weigh 115 pounds then I lose 15 for the first week I lose more lb my body will gain that pound back but then not gain weight back.
I have a higher metabolism
I have a pear shaped body.
My measurements are 39-28-40
I also have to drink a certain water, water without electrolights
I dont eat candy,cake, icecream, cookies or things like that.
