My update

Kpop Diet

Soo.... as you guys know I was on a diet and I actually started it on September 4th thats why I'm updating it today because tommarow I will be very busy. I will clear a few things up first. I was wrong on my weight I wasn't sure how much I was I had it on a peice of paper before I wrote this but I was actually 127 pounds but now thanks to my diet I'm......114! I didn't make my ideal weight but it's pretty good. So some things I experianced while doing this was that for the first week I was tired and a bit dizzy. I almost stoped when I out for a second in practice but Im really okay. I changed the diet up a bit. I had a small snack of trailmix at lunch but it was only a litte and instead of walking home I drove home. My changes are that my stomach is smaller and that my thighs are less fatty, I never relized how muscluar they were until now.I'm starting to see my abs as well. I feel more confident in everything and I feel better wearing shorts and tanks. I really luv this diet.

Whats next?

I will contine it but on the weekends I will have a free day. I couldn't find good 30 day chalanges but now I have and on the 5th I will start with the thigh,,abs,arms and beach body chalange. I still need to stay in shape because my season is coming to and end on November 7th. I will be more strict on the diet as well. For dinner I will eat less and when I eat I will have more veggies for dinner.

Sympotoms

I felt dizzy and tired for the first week but after the first week you dont really get hungry anymore. My stomach growls once but then it stops and then I dont feel that hunger pain. I did black out but it was only for a second max. So if you can get through the first week then you can do the rest easily.

Chapter 2: Hyorin has a mesomorph body type which tends to develop muscle easily despite having high metabolism. She is also prone to both gain and lost weight easily compared to ectomorph and endomorph. I could see that many Korean idol girls have skinny built, narrow shoulder width and long limbs. Being different in body type actually adds to its uniqueness in their society. It's beautiful, it's more diverse

Chapter 8: Hey readers of this book,
These are NOT diets you should be on. If you want a good body cut out diary and meat, fish and eggs, go plant-based. That's the only diets that has good results and is healthy for you with a bit of exercise, you'll have the best results. Kylie Jenner also cut out diary and it's not about calorie restriction, it's about eating animal products with contain fat you don't need. Foods that are good: Fruits, Vegetables, potatoes, rice, water etc. Exercise and sleep well, eats lots of carbohydrates and low fat (and a vegan donut or vegan pizza can't hurt anybody). This is one of the only diets that works and you're saving millions of animals their lives. Watch 'Forks over Knives', 'Cowspiracy' and 'Earthlings'. Hope this helps you! Stay committed and educate yourself and be patient! I lost 10 pounds in one week on this diet, which was exces fat that I didn't need, so it really works!

I kinda feel bad for all these girls who have to go through diets, work out, and survive on water for like, twelve hours a day, even if they don't want to! I'm glad that I have an extremely high metabolism... I can pig out on junk food for a week straight, and I won't gain any weight... but please don't overwork yourself! I understand that you want a good body, but if you almost pass out everyday from lack of food, or from exercising too much, then you should stop! There's also ways to lose weight easily, like eating a lot to build up fat, and then working out afterwards, so that you can burn off the fat! It's much easier to diet this way, so that you can still enjoy foods that you like, while getting more energy for working out! Having more fat from food also makes it easier to burn off more calories when you're working out, and it's faster! Don't drink or eat too much before working out, or you'll get cramps more easily... if you're happy, then you can stop dieting! You can just work out once in a while to keep in shape, or you can jog every day! That way, you can build up a better lifestyle while being able to have a good body, and good health! Sleep more often, eat more, and don't push yourself too hard! You shouldn't strive to have the exact same body as a model, or as a celebrity, because there's always Photoshop! And for models, some of them get surgery to have those long legs, or those flat stomachs! So just be yourself!

Chapter 7: Please remember to stay healthy alright?
I lost 5kg in one week when I started and I was still eating quite a bit and only exercised a little. Thing is, it was all water weight, so afterwards the weight loss slowed. Don't be discouraged. Keep going, but stay healthy.
If you can eat raw vegetables constantly during the day to keep your metabolism up and green tea and normal tea help with this too.
Cutting out sugar will help too.

Don't aim for a kpop body. Make it realistic.
Kpop idols don't live a healthy lifestyle and work out a lot since their image is their life. Unless you're a model of some sort, your image isn't your life.

Be happy with yourself no matter what you look like, and remember to take care of yourself.

Also a good sleeping pattern is extremely important! You lose more weight if you sleep well.
