My update
Kpop DietSoo.... as you guys know I was on a diet and I actually started it on September 4th thats why I'm updating it today because tommarow I will be very busy. I will clear a few things up first. I was wrong on my weight I wasn't sure how much I was I had it on a peice of paper before I wrote this but I was actually 127 pounds but now thanks to my diet I'm......114! I didn't make my ideal weight but it's pretty good. So some things I experianced while doing this was that for the first week I was tired and a bit dizzy. I almost stoped when I out for a second in practice but Im really okay. I changed the diet up a bit. I had a small snack of trailmix at lunch but it was only a litte and instead of walking home I drove home. My changes are that my stomach is smaller and that my thighs are less fatty, I never relized how muscluar they were until now.I'm starting to see my abs as well. I feel more confident in everything and I feel better wearing shorts and tanks. I really luv this diet.
Whats next?
I will contine it but on the weekends I will have a free day. I couldn't find good 30 day chalanges but now I have and on the 5th I will start with the thigh,,abs,arms and beach body chalange. I still need to stay in shape because my season is coming to and end on November 7th. I will be more strict on the diet as well. For dinner I will eat less and when I eat I will have more veggies for dinner.
Sympotoms
I felt dizzy and tired for the first week but after the first week you dont really get hungry anymore. My stomach growls once but then it stops and then I dont feel that hunger pain. I did black out but it was only for a second max. So if you can get through the first week then you can do the rest easily.

Be sure to drink protein shakes too I have gained some muscle from drinking them so drink them and find one you like.
