Gayoon Diet
Kpop DietGayoon revealed that she used to eat sweet potatos and chicken . She would wake up stram sweet potatos and boil a chicken and she worked out a lot. She revealed that she would dance all day and at around 2 or 3 in the morning she would worout for an hour. But realy Gayoon was never fat so she didn't need to workout so much and diet. She ended up loosing 8kg or 17 pounds.
