One of those "angel falls in love with human" stories. Another style experiment. I guess this is what is considered "fluff." EDIT: I wrote a companion piece called "An Account of Human Life" to tie up the loose ends.
A companion piece to "From Your Angel."
I keep writing XiuHan drabbles. I need to stop that.
A pair of enemies are left to their own devices. A game begins.
Drabble set in a pagan, pseudo-Baltic area during the summer solstice.
Drabble set in the future. And by "future," I mean probably a few years down the line. This is very short.
XiuHan drabble for the heck of it. I wanted fluff, so I wrote it. There is nothing substantive to this at all.
This is an AU inspired by the 1928 book "Wonder Tales of Baltic Wizards" by Frances Jenkins Olcott, which was a collection of stories gathered from the Baltic regions and translated into English. For this ongoing series, each tale tells the story of how something in this fictionalized world of gods was formed. Each chapter contains two stories tied together by a common theme. The first two tales are about the creation of spring and fall and the equinoxes. The second pair of tales featur
Probably the weirdest AU I've ever written, but certainly not the weirdest thing I've ever written. Recently, I was given a flu vaccination, but instead of getting the shot like a normal person, I went with a LAIV. LAIV stands for "Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine," where instead of being pricked with a needle filled with dead virus, you are administered a "nasal spray" solution of, well, live attenuated influenza virus. AKA they shoot live virus down your nasal passages. It's not the
This is actually a concept that I had played around with during my college days, back when I was taking an elective creative writing course. I ended up not using the concept and going with a more traditional style (a story about a boy who befriended fairies). As I deleted that original concept at some point, this is me playing with that idea from so long ago once again. I have no idea how to present this properly.
Based, in part, by a dream, these are two character studies, I suppose. The first is Xiu Min's point of view, where he finally begins to realize just how much hates himself. The second is from Lu Han's point of view, where all he wants is to see Xiu Min be the brightest star.
An AU loosely based on the MAMA music video, this was my first attempt at writing an EXO fanfic. It was originally going to be about an angel on trial in the court of heaven for interfering with the unseen war between heaven and hell, but I changed the concept about six paragraphs in. It ended up being eight chapters long. I don't normally write that much. I apologize for the awful ending. Also, since this was my first ever EXO fanfic, you'll notice the beginnings of common themes I us
ChanBaek drabble for no reason.
This is an AU set during Baigais Gads, somewhere between Vidzeme and Latgale, north of the Daugava River in Latvia. Originally based on the song "The Hazards of Love" by The Decemberists, it morphed itself into Latvian imagery. Anyway, no names are mentioned, just... yeah. I'm vague like that. Sorry. Oh, and I drew the picture first, then wrote the story. The foreward is part of a poem I wrote in 2009 called "pīpene pavasarī." Forgive my abuse of the Latvian language; I'm really not
Domestic AU one-shot that I decided I should post over here.
Fanxing vampire AU drabble that I'm migrating from my LiveJournal to here.
A XiuHan/LuMin drabble set in the universe of Tales of Twelve Gods.
The mirror self and the real self are two distinct people. To everyone around us, we look a certain way, but in the mirror, we see ourselves as someone else. In our minds, we see ourselves as the reverse of how we are perceived by the rest of the world. It begs the question of which person is the real version of us: Is it the person we see in our reflection that is real, or is the person that others see the real one? We see ourselves in a photograph and think, "that doesn't look like me
Sometimes, when you dream, you can remember it so vividly when you awaken that it never felt like a dream at all. Such dreams can make a person long to stay inside that dream forever. It's tangible in a way that reality isn't. Those dreams that feel like a reality inside the mind can be beautiful and strange, or painful and bittersweet. In the end, however, a dream is never real and will never be real. All a dream can do is leave behind a memory of something that was never true. Dreams are cr
After EXO and the Kyurangers worked together to defeat Jark Matter on EXO Planet, it's time for a well-deserved celebration.
Though winter is cold, It knows of gentle Moonlight's glow. And as summer burns, The Moon chills the evening stars. All seasons are blessed by Moonlight And all seasons are better by it, For sleep is protected under His glow.
