Present day Seoul, South Korea -- after countless military rebellions and outside pressure, the former republic shifts back to a monarchy. The Parks, a working-class family of four, are thrown into the public eye and immediately installed as South Korea’s reigning royal family. However, palace life proves to be everything but a walk in the park, especially for the new crown prince and princess.
