Wendy is a first-year resident and has just started her medical internship. Her dreams were simple, to take care of her parents and become a surgeon. That is until she meets Irene, a patient suffering from Parkinson's Disease. Wendy's life becomes more complicated when she starts a relationship with her.

Irene was a countess with thousands of years of life who looked optimistically at the changes in the world as the years went by. Wendy was a young vampire consumed in depression for not understanding what was happening around her and in search of a reunion with the one who was her reason for living.
