Several Korean Entertainment companies come together to host South America's first collaborative kpop concert in Colombia. Jungkook utilizes this opportunity to finally work up the courage to confess to his long-time crush, Blackpink's Rosé. Summer has always been blue for Jungkook. Blue skies and blue ocean.            The girl in a blue dress was not supposed to be a part of the picture.

Words always get caught in his throat, trapped by hesitance and insecurity. From a stuttering child to a deathly quiet adult, a plethora of words get lost in between.
