THE IDEA

The idea of making a story based on math has always been a goal of mine to create.  Lol. Even the simplest algebra equation of

Like gurl, my mind gets excited for some reason haha. The idea of transposition. Multiplication. Division. In short, solving. (But I srsly hate intergral calculus) And to be able to incorporate those solving ideas into a story is a self accomplishment. 

But yeah, it was tough creating a plot, moreover, a unique plot.

So, initially, the dream realm was not yet on the plan. Until I saw this tweet that a girl saw this man in her dreams. And there you go, my mind went "oooOooOhh"

So there, I tried incorporating those two ideas into one, thus "The Imaginary One"

I'm not sure if it is only in my country we call it imaginary one. but I searched it's called the imaginary unit

In a simple x equation, there's a lot of imaginary ones in there. Like:

But it still has the same result.

So basically those ones (1) right there is Kai. Because you can't see him--he's only an imaginary. And you could say the unsolved x is all of us.

So there you go. The answer
