"Jimin ah," she called softly, hands reaching to play with the guy's soft silky hair "I need to ask you something."

"What's wrong?" Jimin's relaxed expression hardened, eyes nervously observing his wife

"About what Soojin Ssi said earlier …" her voice trailed off as she watched Jimin's face contouring with concern at the mention of the girl "Do you agree with her?"

"About what?" Jimin's words left his lips reluctantly, eyes wandering around nervously

"About the gender of the baby," she asked, eyes noticing the way his husband started to tens across her body "Is it gonna matter?"

"It wont," he shook his head firmly "It will be tough, but remember" he hesitated as he flashed a reassuring smile "We will protect our baby."

"Right," Hyejin nodded, her tone indicating his anxiousness slightly "We will!"

Jimin observed his wife's expression, sensing the anxiousness that was still luring at the back of her lids.

"She's right," Jimin whispered weakly, "Its much easier to live in this world as a boy."

Hyejin frowned, her muscles tensing at the acknowledgement of the guy. Jimin sighed, hands reaching up to mess his hair in an attempt to brush away his own anxiety.

"It’s the traditions," he explained as he focused his attention on the patterns he drew on the girl's arm "The boys are supposed to be the heir, they are supposed to continue the family business and get married to continue the lineage,"

he hesitated as he brought his eyes to the girl "Like me, like Jungkook and everyone else …" his voice became slightly quieter as he started chewing his next words

"The girls are different," he gulped nervously as his gaze wavered away from her "They are the family's trophy," he flinched at the words that slipped his lips ...

"The hold on the transaction," Jungkook's lips curved into pleased smile "I'm not sure if It was intentional or not but whoever it was, they need a promotion. I bet that saved you a lot of non taxable interest."

Jimin smiled, not surprised by the guy's attention  to the small details

"You're right," He brought his gaze to the girl who was nervously playing with the pen in her hand and continued "Soojin Ssi, I guess I need to give you a pay rise huh?"

Soojin tensed at the words, her nervous eyes travelling to Jungkook who looked at her with lost eyes  "Well if you insist I wouldn’t decline it." she replied wittily 

"That was your idea?" Jungkook asked in surprise addressing Soojin, in a different tone than his serious formal manner as if he suddenly forgot the time and place he was in. He immediately felt the 4 pairs of observing eyes on him so he quickly shook the surprise off and regained his usual CEO demeanor.

"Mhmm so when are you leaving for the launch director Min?" he asked in his usual stern tone 

"Next Monday," Yoongi replied simply as he pressed the button to the next slide "I'll be there fore a couple of days, stay there for the launch and I'll be back with a  report on the progress of the construction."

"Will you be having a meeting with the major shareholders as well?" Jungkook asked interrogatingly

"Yes," Yoongi nodded pushing a piece of paper towards him "The details of the meeting and the topics that we'll cover is there, you can review and amend as you need Mr Jeon."

"Oh right," Jimin interrupted the conversation between the two quickly "We need to discuss the issue with the intepreter as well," Jimin suggested, looking between Soojin who was nervously chewing on her bottom lip to Jungkook "We were considering sending Soojin Ssi to help with the meeting."

Jungkook immediately frowned, his head snapping back to face the girl who almost jolted up on her spot upon hearing Jimin's words ...
