Elaboration: Alright, lets start by unloading with the positives. 
Strom was raised by a single mother, a mother who dedicated her life to making sure her son was mature and respectable. So, there's no surprise that he grew up to be that, and so much more. He bows when he's supposed to. He speaks when he's spoken to. He's kind and courteous. And always makes the people around him feel welcomed. He's a guy you want to rush to meet your parents.
When it comes to money or gifts, he'd rather give than recieve. It gives him peace of mind to know that the people around him that he cares about are taken care of. When he gives things without being told to do so, he never expects anything in return.He's a great guy, and anybody who says otherwise will quickly come to realize how very wrong they are. And then, whenever they say there are two sides to a stone...well, with Storm, there's more than just two. He can read people fairly well, he can feel when their emotions shift or how the air gets heavier when somebody around him isn't feeling well. Ladies and gentleman, this man is a single parent himself. He went through the BIGGEST change the moment he saw his little girl in the nursery, and that was chivalry. He stepped up to be a man that his daughter could look up to. He already had the outlining, but his daughter just solidified it for him. Storm wakes up everyday, and he makes choices, choices that have to involve his daughter. She reminds him to do the right thing, even when its the hardest thing he has to do. He supports womens causes, because he wants the future to be bright for her. He's always ready to help the people in need and step out to do or say hard things. 
Aside from that, Storm is full of energy, sespite looking like trash sometimes from no sleep or overthinking. He thinks it's importat to keep up that type of front part;y because it's been a part of him for so long, it's hard to kick, but mainly because it's a way to make the people around him feel better about themselves, he boosts their mood by keeping his mood the way he's like other peoples moods to be. The fact that he has a daughter also keeps him very youthful. But then, not only that. Storm has a sharp tongue, a quick brain. If you say something, its more than likely he has a quick comeback for it. 
On the flip side, Storm can also take his words in a different direction. He may seem like an airhead, but he's intelligent to amazing degrees. He knows what he likes and what he doesn't, so hes pretty confident and straightforward in pointing it out for you. He's not going to sugar coat things just for your pleasure. He'd rather be one hundred percent true than a liar. 
strom is also the type of person who will keep his personal life from his professional life. Like, you'd never know he'd had a child unless he trusts you. Though, his daughter does visit him at work a whole lot so that's pretty much down the toilet but in that same sentiment. He won't say things he wont want you to know. 
Something that may put off people is how much he can talk. He's always socializing with people around him, it's insane. Others are okay with it, but most people just want him to shut up. Whatever, you get used to it, right?  Something that really does infurriate his mother is the fact that he is too passive when things happen to him (because when things happen to people he loves, all hell could break loose). People could openly be talking smack about him to a group of friends while he's in attendance and he'd laught it off like nothing. It was worse in high school when people would openly ridicule him or make him do things he didn't want to do by means of manipulation. It's still something he needs to kick. He needs to learn to stand up for himself, because he matters just as much as anybody else.
What Storm considers terrible about himself is his determination to things that he wants or craves. He becomes an entirely different person. He has a need to go to great lengths in order to achieve his goals, and it's something he's always working to avaoid. He doesn't want to become somebody he's not. Sometimes, when he's in this kind of mood or stupor he may begin pushing people away from him. And that's worst than anything else. 

Background: Storm was born in Seoul, South Korea to his mother Wooae. She was in her second year of university, but once she figured out she was pregnant with Storm, she dropped out of university. At the time, She had been living with Storm's father. They were hapy and totally ready to start their family. But before he could meet their son, Storm's father was involved in an accident and his life took a sharp turn. They spent two months in the hospital before Wooae went into labor. When she came out of it, she got news that Storm's father had passed during it. He never got to meet Storm. Wooae was sad, but she needed a new plan to support her son. With her parents help, she joined a program abroad, for beauty school. She was finished in two years, and began making good money to support her and Storm. 
For the time being Wooae moved them back to Seoul, so Storm could at least get through school, but  considering all the opportunities Wooae had experienced abroad, she wanted Storm to have those same opportunities, and conversed with him about taking the plunge. They moved to New York for Storms freshman year in high school.

After High school, Storm tried to go back to school but it just wasn't for him. He tried a lot of things, but ultimately he could never find something that stuck. Not even his jobs were things he wanted to do. It wasn't until he started a deskjob in 2015, when he met somebody that was worth sticking around for. He dated Wendy almost instanteously. His mother was a little concerned for him because of how fast their relationship was progressing, but things had been going surprisingly well for them. They had become best friends, and they trusted each other with every little thing. It was like they were meant to be.  His one true love. 
However, after they found out she was pregnant, things started to slip and slide all over the place. Wendy wanted to abort, but Storm wanted to keep the baby so bad. They had to make a conclusion somewhere, and they decided that she'd keep the baby, on the terms that he'd take full custody so that she could finish school to support them all. Storm was infuriated with her for it, but he couldn't even blame her for wanting to finish her education, so he agreed to let her do as she plaesed. 
The first few months he had Somin was the hardest. She wanted a mother, and her mother was...gone. The days passed and he learned to handle his daughter better and better, though he did begin having trouble keeping up with work. It ended up with switching of jobs because of his lack of motivation. But, he moved on and he learned.

Lifestyle: He spends his days with his daughter before he has to go to work. He simply can't get enough of her. On days off of when he's not scheduled to work, he hangs out with his neighboors or friends. Otherwise he circulates his plans on his schedule.

Storm is very lose to his mother. they have the type of relationship where, if something happens to them, they need to gossip about it to each other. Wooae was all Storm had while growing up, and though Wooae constantly had to remind him that they were not friends, it still sort of felt like they were friends. Wooae had always been very comfortable around her son, but mostly because he was the only person who was never going to leave her (unlike Storm's father, the one shes neer told him about). Charming and bubbly as ever. The second he saw Somin in the nursery, there was no doubt that he was in love with this little girl. It was the day he promised to always be there for her, no matter the situation. Somin would always come first.

It was hard to comminicate with them at first, but with Nina's help, he made friends a whole lot faster. She knew both korean and english, so whenever Storm needed the proper help to understand or translate, he had Her. Nina was a seat above him in band class, so it really did help when he fist enrolled at their school. She helped him learn english to the level he does now, and the more he got comroftable with the language the more he got closer to Alec and Ginger, and the rest of the drum line. However, Ginger and Alec liked Storm's personality, and his dedication, considering they were also the dedicated members of band. They got together to go over music, and marching on a daily basis, and formed a bond he wouldn't trade for anthing else in the world. It was a friendship that even lasted the test of time as they even talk today! However, not so much now that Storm's working in Korea, but he's also now given them an opportunity to travel abroad.

Stormmet Kyungsoo and Baekhyun when he moved into his apartment complex. Whilst unpacking, Somin ran up to them while they were walking by and Storm had to have dropped about three boxes, chasing after her. When he approached them, they were having a full-blown conversation with the little girl. Storm was relieved but felt as though he may have been burdening these new neighboors. However, these neighboors didn't mind it at all. They offered to help finish up the move and brought over dinner later on in the day to get to know the family better. Since moving to korea, they've been pretty close and spend a lot of time with Storm.They will often babysit too if neither storm or wooae can.
