my anime obsession

Currently I am obsessed with anime, which you might think to yourself, "Oh that's normal, I'm obsessed with anime too."

NO. Like you don't understand, I'M BECOMING AN OTAKU. If you don't know the definition of an otaku, it's this:" a young person who is obsessed with particular aspects of popular culture to the detriment of their social skills" (Oxford Dictionaries. So hence my social skills have become due to too much anime watching.

Let me tell you a story. Yesterday I went to school feeling like crap,and I was an awkward little at the same time. Wow imagine that combination. A classmate was passing around the attendance sheet and when they handed it to me, I didn't look them and the eye and just grabbed it. I checked off my name and handed it to the person below. After everyone checked off their names, another classmate asked if anyone didn't receive the paper yet, and they turned around and asked me. Of course I was flustered, and while they were saying, "Did you get this yet?" I was nodding profusively with closed eyes because they were looking directly at me. I wanted to say yes, I did receive it already and stop my idiotic head bobbing, but I COULDN'T. They probably thought I turned into a bobblehead by that point. And did I mention this classmate who asked me the question was a boy I secretly admire? (OKAY, it's not romantic feelings, but more sort of a admiration, like CAN WE BE FRIENDS BECAUSE YOU'RE AN AWESOME PERSON I THAT WANT TO BE FRIENDS WITH, sort of feeling).

Oh and then right after while I was going to ask the teacher a question, I tripped on the stairs and landed on my buttocks. Fun experience.

So now boys and girls I will ask you this question: what is your favorite anime?

AND NO, anime is not only for little kids (how dare you assume that), it's touching, deep, hilarious, philosophical, and exciting at the same time. Recently I have watched durarara!!! and the season 2, and I absolutely adored it! Orihara Izaya is my favorite character in the show, even though he's messed up, crude, and somewhat of a masochist. It's an anime with all sorts of plot twists and surprises that will keep you on your feet.

You what I hate? Ignorant people with too much pride. People who think they're better because of what they like. People who think anime lovers are so "weird" and "immature." Like seriously, shut up. People can like what they like. Liking "cool stuff" such as "Gossip Girl" or something doesn't make raise your status in society.

Okay, yeah, I'm not an anime fan and I've only seen a few anime movies and read a manga or two. But that was years ago.

Omg, your story though. If it makes you feel any better, I, myself, am a ty person and lack social skills with people too. Well, to be honest, I'm just sort of a to people because if I don't like them then I don't want them to talk to me and I make it clear. I've met a lot of FAKE es in my life and you have to be careful who you befriend. I don't look for enemies but I got them anyways and it's really funny because like how immature do you have to be to consider me yourself an enemy? We're not little girls here. Get over yourself.

Oops, sorry, I'm blabbering. Funny story: During my sixth grade graduation, I tripped on the stairs while I was walking up the stage to get my diploma. I was recorded on film by at least over 20 people. Talk about a moment you'll always remember lol.

Ummm... yeah... we should trade stories for fun. Yeah?
