Any DB5K Cassies?

I'm calling out to all the DB5K Cassies!

I need your knowledge! I don't want to claw at old wounds, but I would like to get more information about the lawsuit Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu filed in 2009. Sure, I can look it up at the internet, but the way Cassies look at it, their emotions and knowledge, will always be better.

I'm planning on doing a YunJae/TVXQ reunion oneshot and I don't want to make any mistakes. One to the things I want to know is:

Did HoMin know about their plans to file a lawsuit? Or did it come unexpected?

Even though I wasn't there when all of this happened (the main reason I need help), I've always had great respect for them and this is kind of my way to honor them. Also, I want to become a Cassie (I'm working at it) for all five of them.

This is from what I've heard but I believe Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu told Yunho and Changmin they planned on filing a lawsuit before it happened. I can't remember exactly how it all happened but I believe that's about right.
