yoon narae is what you called an ethereal beauty or a classic korean beauty. a pair of doe eyes, fair skin,high cheek bones and full lips she easily caught every attention where ever she go. you can put her in a garbage bag she still look so damn beautiful.
narae always tied her hair up into a ponytail or buns since she hated the feeling of her hair strewn all over the place especially her face. if its cold she would at least tied her fringe up. the only time you would see her with her hair down would be after the shower and when she's asleep because she watched a horror movie once where the ghost blew air into the actress ear when she's sleeping. yeah, that scared her to z.
she used to have short hair and she really loved it because to her it was fluffy and the get up was what the antagonist in movie or novel would look like. All of her life she only had short hair, the only reason she was keeping it long now because it was a dare from her parents. yeah, she'll never back away from a dare.
on a drunken night with her friends she got a tattoo of a tree on her hip bone since she was slurring the words /tu-ghee, tu-ghee, she was saying dooly actually, the baby dinasour because she was reminiscing her younger years and dooly was her bestfriend when doojoon wasn't that nice and ignore her and chanyeol wasnt in the picture yet/ and the inker could not understand a word and decided to draw her that which made her wailed 'i want tu-gheee!!'
when she was younger she had no mole at all, believe me she inspected every inch of her body. so she was very excited when a tiny mole appeared on her right pinkie finger and she would be gazing at it some times.

Narae's fashion sense was okay for her age. she didn't bother to experiment and went all out with popping colour or killer heels. hers was a typical student choice. she's a firm believer of comfort over style so her clothes mostly consisted of hoodies, t-shirts, shorts and jeans. • • • • •

personality Narae's personality was hard to describe since her personality differs according to her mood, it's complex because she's a girl and there's no way you can describe a girl.
At one glance you will saw her as this demure and sophisticated lady and probably icy and you will have your confirmation of these said traits during your first few minutes with her since narae was awkwardly shy with new people and she didn't really know how to start a conversation with a stranger. she would be giving you her awkward chuckle and small smile. /hi, haha/ But come the next few hours -if you have something in common, or one of her friends appeared in the scene you will be terribly shocked and possibly got a heart attack at the sudden change of her behaviour. Loud, outspoken, hilarious and well..crazy.
There was so much energy in her body it was probably higher than the amount of energy in a hundred normal human. constantly bouncing /bounce with me bounce with me/,swiveling her head around like she's some kind of rock star, running around bothering people /why do the star have five vertices, you cant even see them! WHO THE SAID STARS SHAPED LIKE HOW IT WAS SHAPED RIGHT NOW?!!!/ and singing out loud /so i come to youuu with open arrrmss/. she could never stay silent more than a minute, it's like she was in a sugar rush 24/7 /babababanananababababanana potato naaaa/. in the hallways she would suddenly go 'jump, jump, jump' and 'i say hey, you say ho,'. she was rather blunt when she was talking since she was still learning how to filter . so if you got hurt with her words just thanked god you didnt know her when she was younger; it was worse back then. from 'you look like a ', now she would propably said 'cover yourself up, it's unpleasant to see'. but you cannot help but loved her since she was lovable like that (that, and it was believed that she vodooed everyone). Well that was when she's with people she comfortable with so this side of her wasn't that well known. she was very preserved with strangers.
Perceptive and observant, she could easily read people from their body language. This was a major help in knowing who farted and who was crushing on who. being the jokester she was, she would go bothering the victim with a face that said she knew it all. *evil laugh*. she would always throw the best prank ever with her partner in crime, chanyeol, creating ruckus everywhere they went. From her observance nature that the serious and matured Narae was born. usually seen when others were fighting or having a problem she would come and save the world. she acted like a freaking wiseful judge and thinker giving her brilliant opinion only to be annoying the next moment since she couldn't handle being serious for too long. She hated the admiring and thankful gazes not to mention the burden of being the responsible one that one had to carry after solving a problem.
Since she was somehow an awkward turtle in saying her love, she would be showing it; Physically. she was a skinship monster. Narae loved going around hugging people, giving free kisses and biting. she especially loved to sniff ones upper arm and bite it. She was always caught unconciously playing with the hands of the person next to her regardless of the gender, she especially loved baekhyun's hand because they're just perfection. These were the only clue that she cared abouth the others since she was cruel with her words. the closer you get to her the harsher the words you got /stop breathing, will you? ughh, so annoying/. others who werent close to her always misunderstood her way of talking to her friends /what a /. but you will know she was comfortable with you when she would suddenly pick on you out of nowhere, /you look uglier today/. Yeah, she's a twisted . habitually she always made a face when she was talking; contorting her face in many expression.
living as a mythical creature that no one can decipher aka a girl, you can never tell what ticked her off -it could be your voice was annoyingly high pitched in her opinion or she suddenly remembered a bad memory of hers. you could find her slumped on the couch looking like she's going to kill anyone who breath the same air as she was. her face was in a constant poker face, her eyes piercing with nothing but hatred. she would keep quiet to calm herself down and those who bothered her during this time will face her temperamental abuse /uwaaaaaaaaaghh, i'll kill you!!/ and suffered both mentally and physically. so her friends would usually stay away from her during this state of hers with the exception of chanyeol since he was the resident idiot anyway.
believe it or not, narae had confidence issue. she may appeared as oblivious and ignorant thanks to her looks but due to her exceptional timing, she always walked in while a group of haters were gossiping about her. sometimes she confronted them but it never failed to make her mood to go downhill and made her think about herself for the rest of the day. whether she was really a stuck up , whether or not she deserved a rod stuck up in her , whether ot not she deserved to be thrown a brick and lumps of dog poo for 'playing' with boys hearts. she's far from indifferent and she thought about all of the stuffs and words said to her, wrecking her self esteem to pieces.
Sure, all of the guys fall for her the minute their eyes saw her. But soon, most of those who crushed on her will move on and went to other girls. Not because they were rejected or what. But because they saw her true self and got so comfortable with her that the feeling of like turned into the feeling of seeing her as one of the boys. A precious friend that they could not lose over if the relationship went down the hill. After all of the beauty that God had showered her, she was cursed to be friendzoned forever. yeah.

yoon Narae's family is rich; not rich own a chain of hotels around the world rich, just above average rich. Her father Yoon Daehan was a cardiologist while her mother was a paediatrician who retired after narae was born to take care of her and her brother. Her brother yoon doojoon was six years older than her and currently in his last year in medicine at yonsei university. her family was a typical one with the nagging mom, laidback father and protective older brother. there was nothing out of ordinary with the family except their good looks and doctor based families. her parents were strict but not too strict since they 'knew what it was like to be a teenager'. her brother acted like a boyfriend all the time and many actually misunderstood them when they went out together.

best friend : choi jinri / 19 / jinri was bubbly, kind, carefree and all the positive things that narae was not. this girl was so lovable and squishy narae had a lot of fun squeezing the helll out of her. / narae loved her to bits and treasure their friendship very much. sure narae was harsh to her and all but jinri put up with the ups and downs of narae's mood, how more perfect she can be? jinri acted like a mother sometimes and saved the day when narae went over the board with her sugar rush. while narae will protect or said no on behalf of jinri since the said girl was too kind to say no to anyone.
best friend : jung soojung / 19 / naggy, sarcastic, blunt and somehow can be clingy and cute at the same time. / narae fought with soojung most of the time. they bickered all the time and even called each other names. others were always contemplating whether they're really friends or not. but if they heard other people backmouthed one another expect hell from them.
childhood friend : park chanyeol / 19 / loud, boisterous, stupid and too bright for his own good. / being the neighbour of chanyeol since a kid, five years old to be exact (that one time he scored 100 in an english spelling test? yeah, its all narae), resulted in narae knowing all of his embarassing moments. they're very close and chanyeol treated narae as one of the boys. they were always together while forming the best prank ever which is every prank they planned. chanyeol also put up with narae's tanthrum pretty well.
narae's skinship victim : do kyungsoo / 18 / affectionate, quiet, squishy and oh-so-lovable / the moment narae's eyes fall upon kyungsoo, she awwed. he was like the younger brother she wish she had. she bribed chanyeol to introduce them and its been heaven for her and hell for him ever since. narae loved squshing kyungsoo's cheeks till they were red or patting his while saying 'aigoo, good job my son'. kyungsoo had tried many times to run away or even stand up for his own only to receive narae's laughter. soon enough he just surrendered.
and basically narae is good friends with everyone in the club especially the beagle line since they've seen her wild side. her favourite victims are the 94-liner because their reactions were priceless and similar to those old grandpas.

narae couldnt thanked the heavens enough for having jinri as her roomate. her best friend was her other half so her dorm life was practically heaven. together with soojung who was over at their dorm almost 24/7, since her dorm mate was 'a pain in the , like seriously i had to massage my all the time', they play, cry, gossip, spazzing over crush and do all the typical things you do with your best friend together and there's not a moment of dull in their room. well except when narae is alone mopping.

you can say that narae was pretty well known in uisan high. blessed with her good looks and athletic skills her name was uttered by the students and teachers and faculties in daily basis. narae would normally be seen with her group of friends since she hated walking alone the most. it's super awkward with all the glances and murmurs.
how did you join the hollaback club
it was pretty hazy but narae concluded that on the day of registering for clubs, while she was walking back and forth looking for the tennis club chanyeol suddenly popped out of nowhere and dragged her to the hollaback club. /come come come. you have to join hullabaek club. it will be lots of fun! i'll let you sniff everyone there! / Since chanyeol was also in the club she didn't see why not.

Before she can pick up a pencil to write she played with a tennis racquet first. She's been receiving tennis lessons since she was five years old and won a lot of medals afterwards. Not to mention the title of the best female under 15 tennis players in south korea was also hers since 13 and she continued being the best when she was under 18. so without any hesitation she entered the tennis club when she registered at the school. Bagging numerous amount of medals and awards, making her somekind of the school's sweetheart. She never skipped any practise and she was always playing during the evening since tennis to her was a second nature and one of the things she took very seriously. Everytime she was playing, the tennis court will be full of her male fans cheering at her and worshipping her every moves. if she was thirsty and had run out of water, bottles of it will be held out to her from her fans. Not to mention that was one of the time she can be seen wearing tight, figure hugging outfits. Her fans surely loved it when she was at court.

sehun to narae was a comfortable friend from the same club but since they wasnt in the same year, they rarely saw each other outside of it. while they were in the club they clicked pretty well and always prank the others and made a ruckus. narae saw him as an annoyingly cute and lovable dongsaeng but one day sehun backed her up when a bunch of girls were spreading malicious rumours about her. that moment it was as if the world had stopped spinning. she couldnt even breath properly. serious sehun was charming, scary and y as hell. suddenly narae's heartbeat always picked up its rate when he's nearby. not to mention his deep and gruff voice was like melody to her ears. oh, he smells nice too. narae didnt know how to live anymore. she didnt know what to do anymore.
