Anyone knows how to write a position paper? Our court procedures professor told us to write one but none of us had ever written a position paper which is a bummer because I have no idea how to do it. I was assigned to make a position paper regarding motion for reconsideration and we're supposed to use our own words instead of just copying and pasting the grounds in filing such motion and we shoudl also refer to cases. It's like I know the gist of the paper but I don't know how it will be done and what shall it contain.
