SHINee Army Enlistment Schedule? O_o

Hello everyone! :D

So I was browsing through some SHINee pics and memes on the internet, and I found something really... disturbing interesting. I don't know.

Without further ado, I give you:

Here's a shorter one:

Honestly. When I saw this, I was like:

Someone please verify if this true or not, so that I can already prepare my emotions and basically the K-Pop-fan side of me. This is inevitable, for sure. Yet, I can't help but get this nagging feeling at the back of my mind that it would be better if SHINee would join the army at the same time so that we won't have to wait for seven freakin' long years before we see our boys complete as a team again.

What do you guys think?

Would it be better if SHINee enlist individually or as a whole?

(Important Note: Don't get me wrong. I mean no disrespect to the culture that Koreans have. I admire their laws and I appreciate that they give their time and selves to serve their country; furthermore, they do not exercise favoritism or make any exemptions, unless deemed necessary (if I'm not mistaken, every healthy, Korean male has to enlist, right?). I just didn't expect for this to suddenly pop into my face and present to me the reality that sooner or later, our boys are going to have to leave the entertainment industry for two years to attend to their obligations.)

I'd seen this list long before and been dreading about it ever since.. Personally I think it is better if SHINee enlist as a whole.. No SHINee for two years somehow sounds okay to me than no OT5 for "7 years"!! 7 years is too long. :(

I saw their enlistment dates back in '12 so yeah they are most likely true if all the dates stayed the same

I'm really dreading their military enlistment! Waaah I really don't know which is the lesser of two evils: no SHINee for 2 yrs or no OT5 for 7 years. I think that SM will opt for the second option though. Can't have SHINee not making money for 2 years or not participating in SMTown. ;((

i think we can handle it better if they go together and comeback together! so the suffuring will be for only two years! TT____TT

They are possibe set days for them to go into there two years. That is true. But i think SHINee plan to all go in together when Onew's time comes up. But then you never know what might happen in the next few years so well see. So they have set dates but they can go in at any time. Most Korean males go in straight from school to get it out of the way. My two korean friends did and said once it was over it was over.

I have seen this floating around, but I haven't seen anyone confirm it.

It means seven long years....ah...
I want them to go together that'd be better and it won't take long too....but since its all about the age...idk myself...

I heard Kibum will go for three years, possibly Navy or Air Force because of his certificate of "excellent health" last year. He's clearly the strongest of the five.

Well, this could happen around that time since all Korean men have to be in the military at least 2 years between the ages of 18 and 32 but I don't think it'll be that soon. Based on the average age SM artists go to the military (around 29-30), I'd say that we have another 5 years until then unless one of them chooses to enlist sooner.

Omg taemin and minho are gonna go too ....yeah I think they should go as a whole!! And not individually.

Key will be gone for three years not two. He went through a physical and got class A rank which is the best rank someone can get and it means he's extrememly healthy. He'll be in the navy or air force not the army. Which makes me so sadn

And I personally think it's better if they enlist individually. SHINee won't be SHINee for me if someone's missing but I don't think I'll like 2 years without them either... But on the other side, if they enlist all together they'll be done and complete sooner.

After typing this, I've come to the conclusion that I just don't know what would be better...

I've read this too and I don't know if it's true. But I'm already bracing myself for 2017. I really hope they continue to be Shining SHINee after the army
