From the first moment I heard "Love You To Death" I was smitten, and it INSTANTLY becam my fav song. The feel and sound ... I can't put it into words. To know that it's his fav, too? Awesome.

I knew that BB was working on their album, it's nice to know that they're thinking of trying new things to make us happy. I'm just happy that it's in the works.

I can see what he meant by Love You to Death not being typical in Kpop. I'm not sure what genre to put it under but I like it a lot. Good to know BB are working, but it probably won't be out for awhile. I appreciate his honestly and how respectful he was when talking about his company.

I DO TOO! Youngbae is one of the most honest, straightforward artists out there. He may hedge on personal things, and i can appreciate that, but when its about the music...BAM...up front and in your face.

THANKS!! This was such a GREAT article! I really respect Bae in that he wants to be both an individual AND an idol. Not easy in his line of work. To even THINK of him leaving YG and the rest of BB makes me tear up. I simply cannot imagine him going elsewhere, but, if thats what he needs to do, I will support him and cheer him on. The contracts for all BB members are up in Dec 2015, and I think thats when the majority are expecting to do their military duty. If anyone is going to split or shift, it will be then. I sincerely pray that the members are all close and will NOT entertain the notion of splitting. They have beaten the 7 year curse already, but i would like to see them together for many, many years to come. Thanks chingua, for the link to this wonderful look at Youngbae. CK chose very, very well BTW. I have seen a few of the new CK ads and YUM!

THIS is one of the many reasons I love and respect him so much. Like, he has his own identity, he's honest and doesn't hide what he feels especially when it comes to the company.

And I am so in love with 'Love You To Death' too! Although I fell for Eyes, Nose, Lips initially(I'm still in love with it but not as much as Love You To Death) Like, when the album first dropped, I listened to each one of the songs, and LYTD hooked me. It's refreshing and the lyrics are just asdfghjkl part of it because Tablo participated, but mostly is because it's fresh to my ears. We rarely get this kind of songs in K-Pop and when I listened to this song, can't help but to feel proud that it receives a lot of attention. It doesn't have to be the common sound everyone is making right now. Some may say that, his album receives a lot of attention because he's already big but that's second for me because RISE is an album that's worth to have because he worked hard for it. God, 4 years I can't even imagine if I was him. I might sound arrogant but I don't care, because I can say that RISE's quality is probably 10x more than 10 hit albums in KPop nowadays.

I have been loving all of his interviews. He is so much more open compared to how he used to be.
