Lots of people sweat when they're working their butts off, it doesn't nesessarily mean someone poisoned him just because he's sweating like that. When you're on stage doing what they do you're bound to sweat like mad.

The girl's surname for one thing was Go or something not Kim. I can't remember the rest but after doing research on this girl nothing added up. Sasaengs do harm idols yes and are a real threat to them, but someone made this story about an 'Idol Killer' up just to scare fans. I guess she could be real but still I highly doubt it.
