Ok, I know that recently a video of Jiyong was spread around the internet doing a 2nd ALS ice bucket challenge. And he nominated his "dear Kiko". When I first saw it, I was heartbroken. I was already sad after his birthday party pics in Japan. Add the new video, I was about to think it was time to abandon ship. But I realized that just because he is happy with someone else doesn't mean I have to abandon my ship. I can just keep the fond memories and the fuzzy feelings my ship has given me. If I was a true fan of Dara and Jiyong, I would be happy for both of them, even if they're happy with someone else. Then I see tweets on twitter about appler writers deleting their fics. To those writers, please don't delete your fics. Some of the best fanfics I've ever read are written by talented applers. I want to be able to re-read them when I'm in the mood for a good story. I'm an appler writer and although my ship may never be, I won't deny my fellow applers my stories. They may not be as good as you guys but I am proud of the stories I've written. So please please please, think twice before you delete your fics. I won't be deleting mine no matter what Jiyong or Dara chooses to do. I still believe that they are meant to be together. Maybe not now, but someday. Or maybe in a different lifetime. Please Please Please, I ask you not to delete your fics. I wanna have the chance to re-read it again.
