The first time I saw the video, I was scrolling through my twitter at work. Not really a good idea but it was the weekend and the boss wasn't there. Hehe.. Anyways, the first time I saw it I was inside squealing. I couldn't do it out loud but my heart was so giddy. I showed it to two of my co-workers and they both told me, that's not how you hold someone if you're just friends. Jiyong's hold on Dara was possessive. The way you would hold a cherished item. It was just... it gave me a ton of feels. I don't think he kissed her though. I think he was whispering something to her when he turned his head. But that is pure speculation on my part since a lot of the videos were grainy and sort of like in a flash. I think he was trying to have some quality time with his girl and was planning on hiding her identity so they can celebrate with ease but somebody recognized her and he knew he couldn't hide her all the way. So he let her take her hoodie off the rest of the way. All applers were rejoicing. This is the most skinship we've seen since AOMG.

Then YG released a statement which was just ridiculous. That GD and Dara thought it would be a good prank to pretend to be dating? Are you kidding me? For a guy, who knows that anybody who is linked to his name gets bashed or gets hateful comments, he wouldn't do that to a friend, let alone a noona who he said in the past as someone he has admired. He knows that even if there will be positive commenters like us who support them, there are those who are selfish and doesn't want him to be happy. YG said GD thought it would be funny? There's nothing funny about it. They are both serious artists. They wouldn't do that to their fans. I sincerely think that Jiyong was hoping for a private time with Dara and was hoping to hide her the whole time they were walking but people got a glimpse of her and he couldn't hide her anymore. If it was a prank, shouldn't he have laughed towards the end? Or like shouldn't it be hard for him to contain his laughter of the absurdity of it all? If it was me and I was pranking somebody, it would be hard for me to keep a straight face the entire time. I would have been biting my lip trying to hide my smile. But I kept watching the videos and the entire time they were walking, Jiyong's expression was serious.

If YG tries to say, GD did that because they're really close friends, I don't think that excuse would fly either. That hold? You don't do that to a friend. You certainly can't do that to someone older than you or an older friend, unless you're in a relationship with that person. 

The other video, where Dara was heard saying, "Jiyong-ah...enough" and Jiyong saying "Let's go together." I think she was trying to tell him, we can't hide my identity anymore. They know it's me. He still wanted to go together with her. I really think they are in a relationship now. If it was a prank, she would have laughed too but they were both serious the entire time. Jiyong just said in a recent interview that if ever he's in a relationship, his partner would have a hard time. If he knows that, why would he subject somebody he works with, considers a friend to that kind of situation. That hold that he did, I can't imagine him doing that to his other friends who are girls like CL or the other ladies on +82 squad. If she was just a friend, why didn't he let her walk ahead like she was planning on it. And he wasn't drunk at that time either. I think he had a plan but it didn't work out. Sorry for the long rant but that's my take on the incident. I support them both whatever happens.I will wait for them to say something. Them...not YG. Until they themselves say no, I will ship them together. Because they look so good together. But even if they are with someone else, I will still support their decision. They are my favorite ship, my OTP, my king and queen. Forever an appler, that will be me. ^_^
