Okay can I start by admitting something? I have never made it all the way through one of TOP's movies! It's not that I don't think he is a good actor, it could be that I am not just an action movie fan.  I will say that I saw a lot of 'The Commitment" and I was really impressed with the way the action scenes were done, like every part from the fighting style, to the camera work, to the lighting, to the actors. I do not know how much was TOP and how much was a stunt double, though, but it was awesome. Okay let me be a little more honest, I think TOP is a good actor, but great actor, I'm still not sure.  I just feel like he plays the strong silent type in every movie. I think Korean acting has kind of the reputation for being over acting, and TOP kind of seems to answer that by under acting and being super subtle, from what I've seen. 

Well I recently noticed his co star is Shin Se Kyung, who played Mi Do in the Drama "When a Man Loves" which I just watched, and just went absolutely crazy for, loved it! But Shin Se Kyung, was totally channeling TOP the whole time, she completly underacted throughout!  At first i loved her underacting because the sterotype of a woman in Korean dramas is like "Waeeeeee Otttthokeeeeee" Stomping, pouting, over the top. So seeing this woman under react to everything was refreshing- at first. But after 20 episodes it got really stale.  I loved the drama so I went to see how other fans rated it.  I think it got an 89 on dranawikki or whatever when i saw that most other dramas got in the 90s, I mean 89 is still high but.... And most of the criticism was aimed at the Mi Do charcter, some people seemed to not like her character's storyline so that might not exactly be a reflection of her acting, but some people flat out said they think she can't act. 

So anyway I am actually now more curious. At first it was like 'I need to just face it, I am not crazy about TOP the actor and if that makes me a bad fan who cares?' I wasn't sure I was going to watch Tazza 2 at all. Now I am definitely going to! I feel like it is going to be female TOP and TOP like underacting side by side and I just have to see how it's going to look.  I might be cool. Or putting the two of them together may have forced one of them to take a different approach and show more emotion. Idk but i am way more curious now about this movie that I see who teh woman is going to be.    

Okay the other big news about the movie is we see some TOP , according to the gossip. Do you guys even believe that? I'm not sure I can believe it.  And to be honest there was a time I couldn't wait to see TOP shirtless and I was actually typing 'TOP bare chest' into search engines on a semi regular basis just hoping one day something would pop up. Now I just don't even seem to care, he's made me wait too long... jk... lol!
