Which Kpop Song.....?

I feel like there are a lot of international Kpop fans on here.  When I lived in Korea I listened to different groups just by turning on the TV and watching Inkigayo.  But since I have moved back to the US the only groups/acts I have kept up with are Big Bang, to a lesser extent 2ne1, and of course GD and Taeyang's solos.  But here is my thing.  When I was in Korea I kind of  had this strange drive to like recruit my US family members into liking Big Bang and Kpop in general.  I bought my brother a 2ne1 CD because it just seems like he is always listening to female artists, not males, and definitely pop- like he is a huge Lady Gaga fan and when I went to visit him and his wife the two of them had 'Evacuate the Dance Floor' don't know who that is by but just some female pop singer on repeat and i heard it times at their house. Anyways, I do not think i created a 2ne1 fan, because it just did not seem to take.  I also made a mix CD for my 15 year-old cousin thinking I might really win her over, it kind of worked. Just being totally honest I also emailed and facebooked links to kpop videos to multiple friends of mine and they were kind of like 'uh... thanks...'

Okay but my question is have you ever tried to get someone from your home country who has not heard kpop to like it? Did it work? And my main question is this if you could play them just one song to try and get them to like kpop which one would it be? Even though whenever i post something on here it is always somehow GD related, really, truly if i could only choose one song to try and create a new kpop fan it would be "Ringa Linga" I just looooooveeee that song.  The song that won me over and got me listening to Kpop was 'Bad Boy' but I feel like right now, I would go with 'Ringa Linga" What do you think?

To be honest, I not only got my 82yo ga into kpop, but my mother, about half of my son's wrestling team, and a few people I don't even know that well. I can't tell you what "1" song will work, though. When people have asked what I'm listening to, I say kpop. When they do the whole "what's that" our "unh" routine, I get personal with them. One guy, and a close female friend, I to Red Roc and Ha Ha because he liked Reggae. The wrestling team lined getting "hyped" before the game and MichiGo ended up becoming a requested fav. My mom is into BigBang, TaeYang, WINNER, Jay Park, and Crush. I turned my daughter in law onto DaeSung. My youngest son (the one on the wrestling team) didn't want any part of kpop. He loves rap, and now he's into Dok2, Tablo, Simon D, Gaeko ... I could continue. If you want tho turn someone onto kpop, you need to find out their actual fav music genre, and then find an artist betty similar. That's what I did. I started out only knowing BigBang. My iPod now has over 1000+ songs, by so many artists. Getting kpop in the states is not easy. Thanks to YouTube, Shazam, and DiecTV (I have the Korean package so I get Music Bank and Inkigayo) I was able to discover so many more artists. You want to make more kpop fans? Open yourself to more artist so that you can have a larger array of artist to choose from tho help bring others around. My oldest said he hated kpop. When I picked him yup yesterday he was singing right along with me to GD, Gaeko, and TaeYang, and WINNER ... LOL

Ringa Linga probably would work but i am leaning more towards Eyes, Nose, Lips or maybe if you want a more upbeat tune, try Eternity by VIXX
