I found a video on youtube, which had multiple fan accounts in it about Taemin's fan meeting today and I cried while reading it. 

I cried when I first heard that Taemin cried during his fan meet this morning. 

The first fan account I read was one of the longest, and the girl literally takes you through the entire day, from Inkigayo to the fan meet. From the way it's written, she was actually writing between everything happened. 

She explains so well exactly what happened. 

Before the post-recording for Inkigayo, fans were asking Taemin questions. They asked him if he had eaten, and he put his hand to his stomach and said yes. They asked what, and before he could answer, the music and Taemin got shocked. They had to record it twice. 

When the backup dancers came on, fans cheered even more. Taemin noticed and had them all stand in a line and bow. According to the fans, it took a few tries to get it right. Fans continuously complimented Taemin and the backup dancers, and Taemin would do a pose for them. Also, when Taemin's ring flew off, fans in that section did their best to find it for him, but they couldn't because of all of the confetti. 

Taemin apparently started the fan meeting by saying that the fans were his girlfriends.

During the fan meeting, none of the fans knew that they were going to be able to give Taemin a handshake too. The girl talked about how when it was her turn to shake Taemin's hand, all words left her and she could barely find it in herself to look at him. Her head was bowed and she was crying, she couldn't even give him a handshake. Taemin noticed that she wasn't reaching for his hand, and instead, held both of her hands and greeted her.

Fans asked him about Cry for Me, and he got shy. Apparently his favorite song from the album is Play Me. Taemin sang Play Me, Experience, and Cry for Me for the fans, and apparently was laughing during most of it, partly because they were in a part and dogs kept barking. According to the fan, Taemin apologized to the dogs for disturbing them. 

There was even a fan who collapsed before even reaching Taemin. Apparently she was so nervous, her legs just failed her. SM support team and her friends tried to help her, and she made it to Taemin, but even after she couldn't walk on her own.

Fans continuously praised and complimented Taemin. When he was told that he looked like a prince, he replied telling the fan that she must have never seen a real prince before. The fan pointed to Taemin and said that it was him, that he was the real prince, and Taemin said, "If I'm a prince, then all of you are my princesses."

Sometime during the fan meeting, Taemin became overwhelmed with the amount of fans crying in front of him and he broke down. First he turned his back to the fans, then walked to a low wall and crouched down, head lowered, and sobbed. The SM support team and his manager ran to him, patting his head and his back to try and comfort him. The SM support team then asked the fans to try smiling for him instead of crying, but by that point, all of the fans were crying with Taemin. 

When it started to rain, fans demanded that they get Taemin an umbrella. Taemin only felt a few drops of rain and said it was fine, but the fans were persistant and the SM team brought out a large umbrella and held it over Taemin's head for him so that he could continue to shake hands with the fans. 

Apparently, for the past few days, Taemin had seemed very surprised when he saw fans supporting him, as if he had never imagined that fans would do such a thing. 

Now my question is:

HOW COULD ANYONE HATE THIS BOY?! (This isn't going to be a rant, I promise)

He may be a little at times and he may be Satan himself, but Taemin is such a sweet boy. The fact that he freaking broke down in front of fans just kills me. It makes me so happy that he's able to feel how much we love him, and at the same time, it makes me sad because he thought it was unbelieveable that fans were supporting him so much. 

That fact that Shawols supporting him is surprising to him, is a problem. He should never have to question whether or not we will support and love him. He should know that we all unconditionally love him for all of the hard work that he's done for us. 

So I'm practically begging at the moment, that we trend #WeSupportLeeTaemin, because Taemin deserves every grain of love that we can give him, and so much more. He needs to know just how much we care about him, and that we'll support him no matter what.
