so i promised a few people i'd write about my experience at KCON so here it is c: okay, so i went with my little sister, Reese, and we had P3 tickets for both days! but my phone battery is super lame and drained so i had to be conservative with taking photos, so i only have a few but she took a lot so if you want, when she sends them to be, i'll post them or something. anyways, onto the post!

so we arrived in LA at 10:56am, haha 4 minutes before KCON officially opened and when we got there, we had to wait in line for 3 hours just to get in! yeah, they didn't plan it very well or something because we missed most of the events and panels because we finally got in at 2pm and VIXX and Teen Top already had their fan meet so we missed those (even though we didn't get the pass we would have bought them or something cuz we mostly went for VIXX). anywho, when we got in, we went straight to the marketplace to buy some albums and posters before they would sell out. haha we bought a lot of posters and albums like w0w we spent like all out money right off the bat. we ate, then we walked around the convention center. we were looking around at the panels and watching some of them from afar like on the first day we met JRE and 2MinJinkJongKey and yeah it was really cool because they were nice and all. then we watched the dance workshop for awhile before getting a bunch of free things. nothing had really happened all day tbh.

we went to the meet & greet with ShinB because she is amaze and me and Reese saw her from the distance and we were like "is that her? she looks so suave and elegant." "yeah, she looks like the woman i wish i could be." and she was so nice and omg beautiful and she rapped for us and she was so cool ;u; you guys should check her out - she's a female rapper and she was also the MC of VIXX's USA tour. so yeah. go look her up on YouTube <3

oh but we did see eric nam ;; he was so precious and we took a bunch of pictures of him but we didn't actually get to interact with him because the line was so long and we got cut off. then there was a bunch of raffles going on so me and reese had gone to them since we got some tickets for them. the raffle were for autographed albums by a ton of different artists and everyone was going crazy for them. like reese only really wanted the signed VIXX album (there were 2 signed voodoo doll albums) but they were the first to go. then they kept going and reese gave me her tickets because she only wanted to vixx album but then right after that, i got called. like. my. ticket. won. i got all excited and rushed to the front to pick an album and since i was like the 4th or 5th winner, there were still a lot of big groups left. i was debating between toppdogg, btob, or got7. ahaha can you guess which i picked? i totally went for the got7 album so yeah. I NOW HAVE A SIGNED GOT7 ALBUM WOOTWOOT. it was the first thing i ever won in my life tbh so i treasure it so very deeply. reese and i were saying how it must have been fate because when we were driving to LA, got7's A was the first song to pop up when we played my phone on shuffle; then when we got to the convention, the first thing i bought was a got7 poster xD

anyways, after that, we ate and gave all our things to my dad before it was time for the concert to start. we had to wait in line for about 30 minutes before we finally got to go in and our seats were fairly close like we could see everyone really well and it was just all around exciting. anyhow, they had two people for the preshow. one was.. uhm, i forgot his name. lemme check the website. yeah i couldn't find his name but he was a white guy and he sang and danced and notgonnalie, he was pretty good. then jun sung ahn came on with his violin and he was amazing and me and reese started fangirling over him like yeah OTL then the lights went dim and everyone was screaming hardcore. and we were saying how we had hoped IU or B1A4 would perform first so we could ease into the concert but no no no. first was VIXX and like WE WERE NOT EVEN PREPARED FOR THAT LIKE HOW DARE THEY BE FIRST AND CATCH US OFF GUARD OTL OTL OTL SOBS

✷ VIXX: my ultimate bias is Ken; Reese's bias is Hongbin and Hyuk. so they came on first with Eternity and Reese and I were still trying to recover from the shock as we both started recording and I turned to looked at her and she was already crying as she was rotating between cheering and sobbing and you can hear her crying on her videos of them but it was so hardcore like omg. and then i took a short video cuz my phone was already below 10% :c and in my video I screamed hardcore during Ken's parts and then after he sang, I broke down and started crying (which you could see in my video). so both of us were crying during VIXX's performances. they sang Voodoo Doll, On and On, Only U, Light up the Darkness, and Eternity. they introduced themselves and it was so cute like omf. they always have the same introductions and Ken's "cutie main vocal" made me scream like so bad. then Hongbin introduced himself with his cute dimple and Reese went crazy this time as we continued to cry and just yeah. it was amazing to see them and we kept dancing around. i felt a bit bad though cuz hardly anyone stood for them, but i guess cuz they were first and everyone was timid or something but seriously. they were amaze, but the thing i had noticed about VIXX was that they stayed in the middle of the stage rather than branching out and interacting with fans. i mean it was fine, but all the other artists at least walked around to wave or something - eh it was fine since they did all their choreo perfectly so it's all good ;u;

✷ IU: next was IU and me and reese didn't really know her tbh. well, i loved her Good Day but that was the only song i knew of hers. she came out with Red Shoes and lemme tell you, she looked like some sort of goddess with that immaculate white dress, silver jewelry, red shoes, and her hair were on point. like wow was she always that beautiful? anyways, she was super cute with her english and reese and i kepy squealing while saying how cute she was. yeah, i didn't really know her other songs OTL so i'm sorry but she was really amazing but i think something was wrong with her mic or something cuz i couldn't understand her words when she sang. oh and then Niel of Teen Top came out to do a short duet with her and i felt bad cuz everyone was cheering for Niel and hardly ever cheered for IU. and then she ended with Good Day and I slapped Reese and stood to cheer for her cuz that was my song. haha she was just really cute.

✷ B1A4: my bias is Gongchan, Reese's is Sandeul and lemme tell you, they were amaze too. they opened with "What's Happening?" And I jumped out of my seat because that is my favorite song of theirs (Reese's is OK and i was like that's a throwback). but anyways, i started dancing and singing along with them and yeah it was really fun. they really got into the crowd too like their interactions were cute and they just got me so excited. they sang What's Happening, Lonely, Solo Day, Baby Goodnight, and another song I didn't know OTL. i never really followed them hardcore (but i watched of their videos before and their weekly idol) before but their stage presence was amazing so i am going to have to check into them more. they were so cute like Gongchan is so handsome and Baro and CNU are so attractive and Sandeul was so cute like omg. Jinyoung gave me feels whenever i saw him but tbh i was mostly focused on Gongchan OTL. they were amazing and I am probably going to indulge in them and maybe go to their USA tour in Texas. we'll see. but they sprayed the crowd with water guns and i just- yeah you just have to see them live to see how amazing they are. i can see why they have so much fans.

✷ TEEN TOP: if you know me, my bias is L.Joe but Niel, and Changjo ;o; Reese didn't have a bias because she didn't know them that well, but anyways! those boys. they. slayed. me. so. bad. like i still can't even with them. they came out with Rocking and i just lost it. i jumped up, i slapped Reese about 5 times while shouting "THIS IS MY SONG." but she couldn't hear me that well because the entire stadium was cheering and all. and just wow. they killed me. they were flawless and my eyes kept wandering to Niel like that boy is going to ruin me, st0p, u aren't even my bias. and i was just cheering and lost my voice for a few seconds during their performances because yeah, they were amaze. they did Rocking, Miss Right, To You, Crazy, and Rockstar. before i got into VIXX, i was a hardcore fan of Teen Top, like take my love for VIXX, tone it down a couple notches and that's how i was with Teen Top. so all of a sudden the feels i used to have resurfaced and i just lost it. i sang along with all the songs and made Reese stand and dance with me because whew they pumped me up so hardcore - i mean that's what their songs do tbh. She was still tried and worn out from the VIXX stage (hahah she was still trying to recover so she was like cheering but her mind was elsewhere). then i was bummed because i couldn't take any photos but she took some for me and Niel came to out side during Miss Right and she took so many photos and yeah, he might be my bias now. he grabbed his crotch during the dance and Reese snapped a pic and i told her i was going to make that my phone background cuz he was so close. then L.Joe was speaking English and I got so flustered like "sit down, LJoe you don't know english, back off pls." because he hardly ever speaks english even though i know he spent years in Oregon like in most programs he hardly ever speaks English so i was blown away and was so proud ;u; he was so handsome irl and his jawline kept me and Reese fangirling cuz we got a thing for sharp jawlines ("oh. ljoe cut me with that jawline" <- what we said the whole night; though Reese replaced Ljoe with Hyuk and yeah.) and Chunji. oh gosh Chunji was so unbelieveably handsome irl. like i know he's the visual, but i was surprised by how handsome he was like omg i kept looking at him. then changjo killed his dances and i was so happy because he's such a life ruiner and yeah. ricky is super cute i just wanna pinch his cheeks and cap is so hot like w0w hold me pls. teen top's post ended up longer than VIXX but i cant help it because teen top slayed me too good; though they didn't make me cry so VIXX still remains number one.

✷ GDRAGON: i was way tired during his performance from going hard during Teen Top and plus, i was never really a GD fan tbh. but Reese was and she went hardcore during his performance as i just stood and watched calmly OTL i'm sorry to GD fans. but yeah, he did One of a Kind, MichiGO, Crooked, Crayon, and one more but i forgot what it was. i really only knew One of a Kind and Crayon so i was just watching the rest of the time. then Reese paid me back for slapping her earlier by punching me when Crooked came on since she said that was her song. and w0w she went crazy. the whole stadium went crazy tbh and i felt like my ears were going to burst because of how loud everyone was - but i guess that just proves how popular GD was. i cheered a bit for Crayon since that's my favorite song by him but yeah that was it. he also spoke english really well and i was impressed by how much he studied it since i watched a video back when he was still learning. 

then at the end of the concert, all the artists came out to throw shirts and Reese and I held up our VIXX sign and Ken looked our way and smiled and I lost it because THAT'S MY ULTIMATE BIAS AND HE SAW OUR SIGN IM CRY. that was like the best night ever and we just practically cheered for VIXX at the end because we love them so much like i dunno if you understand the love.

Day 2. we went to the venue at 11:30am and it was so easy to get in like there was no line and we were so happy because we were worried we'd have to wait in line for 3 hours again. we ate and bought some more things - we spent a lot of money OTL and then went to a few panels. but still nothing really that impressive, ah by Reese won two tickets to the Red Carpet event so we got excited to see all the artists (mostly BTS). we wished we could have gone to the Red Carpet on Saturday to see VIXX but oh well. (though our other friend - who went for BTS - won the Saturday Red Carpet but she didn't even go so Reese and I were mad like she could have traded one of us so we could have seen VIXX c'mon now.)

but anyways, we walked around a bit before we noticed a crowd gathered in front of the outdoor stage so we went to see what was going on and apprently BTS was going to come out so we stayed to wait a while and they finally came out and the first person i saw was RapMon with his blonde hair and then i got pushed around so i couldn't see for awhile, then when i looked again i saw J-Hope and I cheered because wow he is my BTS bias because he is just so dorky and yeah i think i have a think for dorks OTL i took a few pictures of them and Reese and i kept screaming because that was BTS only a bit away from us. when they were introducing themselves, i went hard for J-Hope and Reese did the same with Jungkook. lemme tell you that Jungkook is way too handsome in person like it should be illegal for such a young kid to be that handsome because i kept starring at him and i had to keep telling myself that he was too young (i'm the same age as J-Hope.) sobs though because for a long time, the only member i could see was Jin and he was just so handsome and i starred for a bit before regaining my self-control and took more photos of BTS. the only member i couldn't see was V because his face was blocked out by a speaker ;; but it's fine since i'll end up seeing them again at the Red Carpet. so Reese and I retreated from the crowd and fled to go stand in line for Eric Nam. when he came, we literally got squished and seperated like everyone went crazy for him and i could. not. more. at. all. i was backwards and not even facing the booth and i couldn't even turn my body that's how packed it was. anyways, we got cut off again so we didn't get to see him up close but saw him far away again :/

we then started lining up for the Red Carpet and yeah. it took awhile but we finally got in and waited for a bit more. then finally Eric Nam showed up as the MC and we took pictures of him again before he introduced Lee Seul Gi and yeah. then BTS came out and we took more photos of them - i took a short video - but when they left, I had to go meet my dad so i only got to see Lee Seul Gi and BTS before i left but Reese stayed behind to take more photos of all the other artists. after it was over, she came over and showed me all the photos and i got mad that i couldn't stay but it was okay since i knew i'd see them later that night. she also said that after the event, Eric ran towards the crowd and she got to touch his hand ahhh, i should have stayed OTL OTL OTL

anyways, then it was about time for the concert yet again so we went early and again there was no wait time and we sat in out seats while waiting for the concert to start. this time my phone was at 60% so i could take more pictures and videos. the preshow was the Dancing 9 who were amaze. then Jhameel came out and Reese and i were blown away because we didn't know him but he had a meet and greet before ShinB so we saw him but didn't think to take any pictures with him or anything and when he was performing Reese and I were all like "oh man we should have bought his tshirt or gotten a photo with him because he was really good OTL 

then the lights went dark and Reese and I were all like "they better not start with BTS because we barely managed being surprised by VIXX" "yeah! hopefully they start with that soloist guy" (sobs we kept forgetting Jung Joon Young all day ;n; bby i am sorry)

✷ BTS: yup, BTS popped out first and Reese and I lost it yet again because seriously we were not expecting them and they came out with Boy in Luv and yeah. it was just an all-kill. i recorded them for a bit but then stopped cuz i was cheering too loud into my phone but Reese taped all of it. and they totally rocked it like the atmosphere was so hardcore and i was so done with them that i was going to flip someone (Reese pleaded for it not to be here), and i almost threw my glowstick because i was so through like how dare they come on first and come hard. i also lost it when J-Hope's parts came up because that's my baby ;; and Reese screamed so loud for Jungkook and again, i kept looking at him because how dare he be that handsome. they sang Boy in Luv, Bulletproof, No More Dream, I Like It, and Rise of Bangtan. oh man though, when Bulletproof came on, i went wild because that was my favorite song for the longes time and i punched Reese this time and i almost cried but i managed to hold it back (still not as good as VIXX who forced the tears out of me), and i recorded the entire song though i almost dropped my phone during J-Hope's part because i kept cheering since my bby only have a couple lines ;n; but yeah. then during I Like It, they all moved around the stage and RapMon came towards us and was so clear like i kept cheering and all then Jungkook came towards us and was on our side and Reese went crazy and took endless pictures of him and of course i screamed because i don't think i can emphasize how handsome he is i just wanna slap him. and then they did Rise of Bangtan and tbh i didn't know the song but it was so catchy and i fell in love with the song and they killed their performance. they slayed Reese and I pretty bad and we were sad to see them leave OTL

✷ JUNG JOON YOUNG: so this man. i watched his teenager video before kcon so i could get familiar with him and i liked the song, but i still went in with a blank mind about him. when he came out, Reese and I were all like "oh, we can calm down a bit as he sings." but no. NO. NO!!!! he slayed us. he. ultimately. slayed. us. we watched his first song calmly but when he hit those high notes, i grabbed Reese and was like "omg do you hear him?" and she was all "i saw him at the Red Carpet and thought of you cuz the poofy hair he had." cuz i really like poofy hair like his and i was like yes yes u r right and we continued watching him and then he appeared on the big screen and i was like "omg omg omg, reese did you see his jawline?" and she looked and she flailed back and started screaming and then we both went wild and stood and cheered for him really hard. like we started chanting his name and for his second song he came to our side and Reese and I stood and formed a heart towards him and like we didn't do that for any other idol the entire conference except him because we sudden loved him with all our hearts. and and and during his second song he put on shades and i slapped Reese again and pointed towards the big screen and she looked again and we grabbed one another because we needed support because he went all hardcore on us and we cheered and flailed about in our seats and we seriously couldn't sit still because that man had us. we stood and were like the only ones to stand (but the girl sitting next to Reese also loved him so it was the three of us) and we kept yelling "Jung Joon Young, we love you." like crazy and he was just amazing. sobs. and when he played guitar Reese and I had to support one another because seriously. go listen to him. he was so cute when he spoke English too cuz the fans were cheering when he was telling us about his songs and he was all "the first was a song called... uhm... Spotless Mind and the second song was... *fans cheering cuz he cute* hooooooold on *fans quiet cuz he is adorable* The Sense of an Ending." and his little hooooold on had me squealing as i once again flailed about. then he did another song that i forgot but it was really nice okay. and he did Teenager which captured everyone's hearts. and he ended with a cover of Micheal Jackson's Black and White and he was so perf ;o; and then RapMon came out to rap with JJY and they both danced and it was so embarrassing but cute because JJY did a small hip swivel dance that was so cute yet you could tell he couldn't dance and that was all the more charming for him. anyways, he is amazing and he slayed us and now Reese and I are obsessed with him (right after the concert we ran to buy his poster). if you don't know him, you need to get on that level ok ok.

✷ SPICA: i never stopped during the concert because SPICA are my girls like i cheered so loud and stoof through their entire performance and was like the only was standing for their performance in my section (what a bunch of losers) and they came out with You Don't Love me and i recorded a bit and they were gorgeous. then they did an acapella of a mashup song but i forgot what i was and their voices were so great like you know how their vocals are amazing well yeah i was so impressed and the crowd was charmed by them. then afterwards, they did their American debut song, I Did It and Reese stood this time and we danced together and sang along with the lyrics because on the way down to KCON, I forced her to listen to their song on repeat so she knew it as well. and yeah, their performance was great. then they did Painkiller which drove me crazy because THEY NEVER PERFORMED THAT SONG BEFORE LIKE I DONT THINK YOU UNDERSTAND. i watched them on weekly idol and they stated how they never promoted Painkiller even though a lot of fans love it (including me cuz when the music started i screamed really loud "this is my song" and every starred at me cuz it was so quiet but idc) so i was super happy they sang it even though they didn't do the dance move. urgh, it was so amazing. and then they finished with Tonight, which Reese stood again and she almost started crying for this song cuz idk i guess it was really emoitional for her. their voices are perf irl and they are all gorgeous and BoA captured me but Bohyung looked beautiful and of course you know Jiwon is already beautiful, so. Juhyung's raps were on point and Narae ;; sobs i'm sorry bby girl i hardly noticed her. but i was so happy, so so happy.

✷ CNBLUE: so i haven't paid much attention to cnblue before but oh man. OH MAN. all the stadium stood for their performance and reese and i were all like 'omg are they really that popular' cuz we hardly knew anything about them OTL i mean i knew who was who but i never listened to their music i was a bit surprised that they were so big OTL but of course, they were really good and all the mom sitting in front of us were dancing about and we were like omf even moms love them we need to look them up. but during their performance, reese and i rested a bit since we were worn out from the first three performances. cnblue's songs were really good though and i bought some of them since they were addicting. let's see. they did Can't Stop, I'm a Loner, Love, Intuition, and I'm Sorry. the only song we knew was I'm Sorry so we stood for that song and recorded some of it and wow Yonghwa's voice really is amazing like he impressed me so much. but Jungshin was closest to us so i took some photos of him. Minhyuk was in the center ofc and Jonghyun was on the farthest side from us. 

✷ GIRLS GENERATION: of course, eveyone went wild when they came on. they started wit MrMr, then did Hoot, Genie, Into the New World, Mr Taxi, and Gee. they were so beautiful in real life like Seohyun isn't even my bias but she is gorgeous. Tiffany, my bias, was flawless and i went crazy whenever she spoke English and she was just so perf i cry. Reese's bias is Sunny and lemme tell you Sunny was so cute and her giggle was the most adorable thing i have ever heard and like wow. but Hyoyeon. Hyoyeon was so pretty with her hair the way it was and i kept looking at her like let me hug you pls. and their stage presence was great like you could tell why they were the queens. i was never a huge fan of them or anything - like i hardly knew their personalities, but i knew all their songs and surprised myself as i sang along like since when did i memorize these lyrics ;; but Sooyoung wasn't there because Tiffany said she was filming her new drama or something. they killed their stages and i lost my voice again during their performances sobs. they were just so beautiful and i am so glad i got so see them ;u;

at the end of the concert when all the artists came back, jung joon young came back to our side and the girl sitting next to reese, reese, and i all stood and called out his name as we made hearts and just yeah. you could tell we totally loved him cuz we were the only ones to stand and repeatedly call his name (in the last video it's at :46). sigh. yonghwa, jungshin, hyoyeon, and jiwon also came to our side and we all took many photos of them but that was it. i was kinda sad J-Hope was way on the other side, but i already saw him many times before so i was fine.

anyways, we went back and bought some posters (posters of the artists who slayed us) and then we had to drive back home the same night so it was a long night OTL

tldr; KCON was amazing and all the artists were fantastic. it was a ton of fun and a lot of happy tears were shed. we got slayed by a ton of artists and they were all really good looking in real life.
