What happened??

I couldn't access my account from July 30th until 1 hour ago.

What happened actually?? Did anyone ever experience this before?

The site kept on appearing 'password is incorrect'. Neither Irene nor I changed the password. But well, finally I could open it an hour ago. But if anyone knows what happened, please tell me
