appearance — One thing you would notice on Jimin is that she has this chubby cheeks. It is the thing that is always been noticed once she meets someone. They would say that they loved her cheeks. Then begging not to lose weight because the cheeks will be gone, as well. Then she eyesmiles a lot. It is one of her best asset, her eyes and when she eyesmiles. No one believes that she's a '91 liner since she has that youthful appearance. Sometimes it just shocks the people who asks about it. When it's just normal days, she just uses light make-up. BB Cream and lipbalm would do, she says. 

fashion style — Her style of clothing herself was a mix of funk, casuality and chic. Her twin brothers are Boyfriend's stylish icons, and some of her outfits were chosen or based by the twin's style. It may be boyish when you look at it, but she liked it that way.

[Young, Wild and Free] Jimin is an outgoing female who loves cracking up jokes, even though it's corny and old, still she makes her close colleagues laugh. Every interview won't be complete without her crazy antics. On cam, she is the goofy "Min" fans know, and off cam, she's still that person, but as Jimin. As you can see, you won't notice her that she's 24 years old! She's youthful, and yes, she looks like a kid. Probably mistaken as the group's maknae, because she sometimes act one.

[Happiness] Despite of all her giddiness, Jimin has also this side that she's been observing all her close friends and family, to the point that she watches their every move, but not in a creepy way. She showed a maternal image, wherein she thinks of others first than herself. She loves doing it, though. Taking care of people who occupies her life, and such. She treats her group members like her own sisters. And she always wanted a sister, since she's the only girl in the Jo siblings. 

[Let it Rain] Jimin, sometimes, can be bossy. She nags a lot. (Messy rooms and unorganized things, for example) She always reason out that it's her way of making things right. But she can control herself. Even though she sometimes hurt someone by her nags, in the end, she'll apologize and explains why she said that. Jimin can be a bit emotional, too. There are times that she will be dull and unable to talk with. Easily, she gets upset; thinking that she had done too much that she doesn't even knew what others can feel. Thinking that she may be the one who comforts people but cannot comfort herself. 

She may be a mixed up person, wherein sometimes you can't even understand this girl, Jimin will always be Jimin. A girl named Jimin who marks herself in people's hearts.

background — She spent her simple life in a small village just at the heart of Seoul. Their family is part of the middle-class families there, and she is okay with it. They work together to improve their living everyday. She and her twin brothers, Youngmin and Kwangmin had always wanted to pursue to be in the lime light and perform in front of everyone. But Jimin thought it would be better if she'll do her studies first, and later on take the risk of auditioning. 

Months later, she suddenly got pulled by her brothers to Starship Entertainment just to be a chaperone. As she looked around, she had noticed that some of the staffs had been looking her way. She brushed off the thoughts at first, but later on, as the stares had been bothering her, she took the initiative to ask one of the staffs. The staff said that by looking at Jimin, she had potential to be an idol. With the help of the twins, she finally agreed trying to audition. She sang in front of the judges—since singing is her forte—and after that, she and her brothers had been accepted. She trained there for two and a half years before quitting to study. There, at Starship Entertainment, she learned a lot and had a lot of friends. Some of them had debuted as idols.

Jimin became one of the special numbers to perform for her school's graduation ceremony, and sang a solemn song. She didn't know that one of the parents of the graduates were a scout from DSP Media. So after the performance, that scout immediately approached her and told her about her singing skills. It was all flattery, she guessed. But once the scout offered their calling card, she just blinked and involuntary nodded.

That night, she told her brothers, now member of Boyfriend and the youngest, Hyunmin, about it. The three encouraged Jimin to pursue her dream, and it took her days until she finally made up her mind and give it a try. Now, she trained for about almost 8 years, and was lined up for DSP's new girl group.

Hyunseong. Hyunseong is the epitome of a man, not just because he shows his muscular physique by going shirtless, but by means of interacting with people. At first, he can be a bit shy, but as he gets to know people, he'll be showing his true side, wherein Hyunseong will be goofy and giddy. 

Joonmyun.. Suho, or Joonmyun, just like Jimin, when you see him, has its fatherly image. A humble and nice person. Truly an angelic person, not just in the appearance but in the heart. Also, with just looking at his smile, you can see how charming he is.

relationship —

Hyunseong. Hyunseong became one of Jimin's friends because of the Jo Twins. There's the time wherein Boyfriend had thrown a party for their debut success, and instantly Jimin and Hyunseong became close with each other. (Not in an intimate way, of course.) Jimin and Hyunseong were often teased by the other members of Boyfriend because some of them say that they looked good together. And they were botg a bit of camera shy. Jimin enjoyed cooking for Hyunseong because she can know if what she cooked was a success or fail when Hyunseong tastes it. According to Jeongmin and Youngmin, they were like Boyfriend's parents, even Donghyun approves!

Joonmyun.. Jimin once tried auditioning at SM Entertainment, and it happens that Suho was there for the same reason. Suho was the one chosen instead of her, but she didn't got angry. For she thought that this will be their last time to see each other. She was wrong, in some circumstances, Jimin and Suho often meet by accident. They even joked to each other that they're enough with their faces, but ended up being friends.
