Later on, her friend introduced her to Kpop. The first group she ever knew was Wonder Girls. She was so into it that she set aside the Annual Science Quiz Bee for the Wonder Girls' concert. It's not that she stopped studying, in fact, she became more active and had this mindset that if she finished school, she'll be able to be like the Wonder Girls. The astronaut dream has become a second option.

Trained for 4 years and a half. // Her journey to space- I mean, stardom was quite a bit rough since she is pretty new with the ways of a Seoul person. Once she became a trainee, the first thing that is being changed to her is her dialect. Yes, her 'satoori' is cute but it is needed for her train her tongue with the dialect the Seoul people speaks. Her dancing took only two meetings, her vocal training is quite well and since SM is known for their visuals, she practiced on how to wear proper makeup and told her to reduce her eating of fish and more veggies. She quite had a little problem with being friends with the other trainees because some trainees treat each other as competition. But despite of that situation, she managed to have few trainees as friends.
