PERSONALITY — Sarang is known amongst her family & friends of having a load of personality traits. But one that stands out the most would be her humour. To her, humour is an escape from any situation. It's her way of knowing things would always be okay in the end. She loves laughing, and making other people laugh. Whenever something embarrasing might happen to her, she simply laughs about it. To her laughing with somebody is much better then laughing at someone. She likes being known as the jokester, and doesn't like being too serious about everything. 

 

Put aside being humorous, Sarang is a very verstile person. She can quickly adapt to anything new when it comes to her surrounding enviroment, and to herself Therefore, she is able to learn things in a quicker pace than average. When she first got into music, she barely knew anything about dancing or singing, but later in the years she would easily be voted to have the best pitch and control.

 

Sarang hates lying about anything. She doesn't like giving people false hope, and lying is simply something she cannot do. Therefore, causing her to come off a bit blunt during some situations. She likes telling things as it is, instead of sugar-coating. Lying is the most dishonest thing a person could do, and she isn't about that. 

 

Now with the bad. Sarang has a big competitive side. To her anything could be a competition. At first, competition for her began during junior high with who had the best grades, or who wore their uniform better, ect. But as she grew older, and joined the trainee world, her competitive side increased ten times more than before. She loves proving she can do things better to show she's worth it. And to her, without being competitive you won't make it far not only in the KPOP industry, but in anything in life. 

 

Sarang is a picky girl. She's not just picky in one type of category, but in almost everything that's anything. She's picky in food, music, & clothing. Even when she was a young girl, she had her mind set on what type of guy she would like to be with in the future, and if he lacked any of the traits it was a big NO to her. 

 

Sarang has a tendency of being dominant. She doesn't like people bossing her around, she likes being the boss of herself. She despises any type of rule, and loves being able to express her freedom. She doesn't like a latter to be over the top and her on the bottom. She doesn't like it when in the relationship, the opposite partner wears the pants. Either she get's it her way, or things just stay equal.

 

 

BACKGROUND — Sarang was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea to a good family that consisted of four members. Sarang has her parents who both work as architects. Though, Sarang's mother is now ill and runs a well known cafe in Seoul. Sarang also has a younger brother named Ren whose in his second year of high school. When Sarang was younger, her mother pressured her to join ballet since that was her mother's dream when she was younger. Sarang had no other option but to do so. Sarang was automatically a ballet-pro. But she despised it. She hated being forced to do something she didn't choose to do, and therefore didn't like it. No matter how much her parents and teacher convinced her to stay since she had a gift, she didn't. She asked to choose her activities and future herself.

 

When Sarang joined junior high, she noticed a flyer for a piano class. She always had a soft side for music. It was her getaway from reality. She joined the class, and soon began playing. After she slowly learned more about the piano, she learned more and more about music in general. Sarang grew interest in singing after hearing some students sing while playing the piano. She later asked her parents for a vocal coach, and they didn't like the idea. Sarang begged for almost a year until they caved in. At first, Sarang's pitch wasn't as strong. She had a good voice, but not a great voice. It needed work. She would start off strong, but end in a flat note. But after years of practice, she managed to control her pitch and have a good range in her voice. She had strong vocal cords that sounded beautiful. Through the years, Sarang became a piano genius, and learned to maintain her vocals. She was determined that in the near future she would become an idol, and soon all of Asia would recognize her for her talent.

 

Sarang was scouted during her piano recital in the Seoul District Talent Show, where she also sang along while playing the piano. When she was scouted she automatically agreed to join SME, and begin training. Though Sarang's paren'ts were worried it could effect her studies, and that she wouldn't make it, they still agreed having some hope for her. When Sarang auditioned for the judges to show her skill, she made it through all her rounds. Sarang's coaches thought her singing wasn't entirely enough for her to make it big, so they asked her to begin training in dance as well. Sarang disagreed since she didn't like it, but they insisted. With no option, she began dancing. When she danced everyone was amazed since she still had her old ballet skills memorized. She slowly began liking dance and ballet, since she realized she acutally was pretty good, and it was another way for her to prove she's worth it. The more she danced the more she fell in love with it. She slowly learned more dance moves, and different dances. Sarang eventually became one of the top trainees in her classes since she was obviously a talented individual.

PERSONALITY — When someone first glances at Sehun, they would think he's dark and mysterious. He tends to seem cold, and unkind at first. At first he really is like that, but once he gets comfortable with you, and gets to know you, he would be the most out-going, dorky guy you know.

 

HOW YOU MET — They never talked to each other. Their ways of communicating was through glances, and stares anytime they encountered each other or were in the same room. There is a type of romantic tension between them that makes things almost seem scandelous. 

 

 

RELATIONSHIP — Sarang joined SME as a trainee just a year before EXO debuted. Word was already around that a boy group would debut soon, and there were going to twelve or so members. People already assumed the members, and Sehun was one. Sarang didn't know much about the trainees in SM, but she knew about the well-known ones, and Sehun was crazed over. She wasn't that interested in him knowing he was just scouted for his looks, but she soon began realizing he has every single trait she wanted in her ideal man, so it was hard not being interested in him. Word had gone around about a new trainee who was only a rookie, but had skills a professional could only acquire. Sehun heard about this and asked around about the new rookie, to find out it was Sarang. He never saw her train since their training scedhules were different, but he did grow an interest in her on the few times he would see her around the training building.
