CEO of SM Entertainment, has recently forced members of their group EXO to turn against their own member, Kris (or Wu Yifan) just because he filed a court case for his civil rights. It has come to an extent that many of the members have had their social media accounts used and manipulated to force the public onto seeing Kris in a bad light. Some members have openly fought against it, only being phyiscally abused (i.e slapping). This has not been the only case in SM's history. Many groups, such as DBSK, now known as JYJ and TVXQ have parted ways due to SM's cruelty towards them. This petition asks that they treat their artists with more respect, and control towards their personal lives, as well as fair pay and rest time for each and every single one of their artists.

SM의 사장님이 얼마 전에 엑소 멤버들에게 한 멤버를 따돌리게했다. 그 이유는 엑소의  중국인 멤버 크리스가 소속사 SM엔터테인먼트를 상대로 '전속계약효력부존재확인' 소송을 제기햇기때문이엇다. 다른 멤버들은 sns 어카운트가 조절당햇으며, 크리스를 나쁜 인물로 만들었다. 몇명중에선 맞지않은 행동이라 싸웠지만 소용이없었다. 한 멤버는 뺨을 맞았다는 소식이 전해졌습니다.  하지만 이 사건이 옛날에도 일어난 일이있었습니다. 동방신기는 이런 행동으로 무너졌었습니다. 이제 공평하게 아이돌들을 (다른 sm 아티스트 포함해서) 대하면서 사생활을 즐길수있고 건강하게있었으면 합니다.

We are not doing this simply out of Kris and EXO. We are doing this for SM groups as a whole including Super Junior, DB5K, SNSD, F(X), SHINee, and others.
