IS THIS NORMAL?

I been told numerous times that I am weird for wanting to defend the one I love and do romantic things like write him songs and tell him he‘s beautiful lol

I remember when I had a crush in middle school and I found out one day that he was being bullied by his own brother. I saw them down the hall one day while going to computer class, his brother was pushing him around and was about to punch him. I was furious...I called him out and I was about to beat him up (fyi his bro was on the football team and had muscles...><) But my crush stopped me and begged me not to fight him. After that everyday I had my crush sit with me on the bus so that I could protect him cus his bro liked to slap him in the head. There were other times Id protect him too and I wish I would have gotten the chance to punch his mean old brother. Eventually we became friends OTL LOL no love story for me unfortunately.

Also when I use to RP i would get complaints from whomever I was paired with that I make my girls too romantic and too protective...I didnt give their guys time to show their manliness or whatever XD hahaha Whats hilarious is that when I rp a guy I act girly but when I am a girl I act too boyish..lol It wasnt until I rp Kris that I got it right XD hahaha I cant help it though I love wroting love poems and spoiling. When I get a bf I wanna take care of him and show him how much I love him and I wanna protect him from his enemies.

Anyways do guys hate girls like this?
