You are right. It will happen. I have already felt it several times. Last time was when Clark passed. He was a staple from my childhood with the top 40 countdowns on the radio, through the Rockin New Year's Eve and on and on. To hear that someone you shared your life with, even in such a shallow way is gone hurts. I have seen Elvis, Michael Jackson, and others pass, that have affected my life through the last 50 years, and it is never easy. Stevie Ray Vaughn, someone I actually met, was lost in an air crash, I have several autographs from the Challenger 7. So yeah, I understand that post and have been there already. But, you never really DO forget, you just move on with life. However, that little, tiny, forgotten space in your heart will always be there...and one day, when the time comes, it will remind you of all that has gone before.
