So yeah...I made a wing PNG.

If you want to make your own, here's how I made it:

1. I get this picture here: 

2. Using the elliptical marquee tool I cut out a berry.

3. Press Ctrl + T and right click. Select warp.

4. Play around with it until it looks like a petal.

5. Grab your smudge tool and smudge around. 

Final Result:

LOL. I know it looks hideous. But the next step will smoothen it.

6. Repeat step #3 and shape it like the figure below:

7. Duplicate the layer. Press Free Transform and flip horizontally.  

Save!

You need to prectice a lot to get the right smudge.
