It depends on the author, but I prefer to read and write them AT LEAST 1,000 words.

When I see a new comment. It shows me that someone cared to read it and enjoyed it.

Yes

What do you feel is your biggest challenge when writing?

Character feelings, but that is usually easy to get into.

Do you have any certain ritual to do before/while/after you write?

No. I don't write when I'm too tired.

Do you actively advertise your story or request for reviews/upvotes?

I HAVE a few of my stories on Advertisement shops, and told people about them, but nothing past that.

Would you ever want a trailer for a fanfiction you’ve written to be made?

Maybe! I know the one for The Breakin was awesome...
