 Oct 8, 2012 , I've joined this  site because it was recommended by a classmate and a friend at the same time, of mine. I still remember how clue-less and ignorant I am about this site. I was so annoyed because I can't seemed to pose a profile pic coming from my fb account XD I was new at the words "tumblr", "copy url" and how these editing tools of aff works; It almost took me 5 hours just to put a mere profile pic. My first profile pic was Shin Min Ah, the well-known actress who portrayed the Cute Gumiho Girlfriend in a korean drama.

To tell you frankly, I was not an avid fan of exo--generally kpop so, yeah that was why my first prof pic is this Gumiho.

My username is blackcatgirl14 because, hm, for the black, no valid reason, actually. I just picked a random color and i think the color black is cool and mysterious. For the, catgirl , that's basically because I'm an inborn catlover since ever. and the 14 for my age, when I created this account. I'm so determined to not to change this username of mine until the time it's the end of the world; the apocalypse. In my opinion, it's better to keep this name, as a remebrance of my first arrival in this site like-- i dunno I'm just thinking, that once  I get old, I'll be checking this site some time around and say to myself, "Oh, so I joined aff when I was sweet 14."  I'm just a sentimental piece of like that.

So cheers? for my kinda lame principle.

I remember when I was told by this the same friend of mine, who recommended me in this site, to start writing a story.

Story.

I was aqquainted to these common childhood themed stories, when I was younger; I used to write simple but out-of-this world stories. And my grammar . lot-ter than a lot. My first fic was inspired by my all-time favorite disney princess, "The Little Mermaid." and I'm honestly still wasnt a fan of Kris from exo before--like I said I'm not an avid fan of kpop before-- I just added him as the main chac of this fic of mine, because this the samel friend of mine, showed a pic of him to me and i got attracted. Besides, he's the only exo member I was quite familiar with.

The response of the readers, was not that quite can be considered as a response even. 0 comment from my subscribers (Only that one particular friend of mine basically spammed it with her comments. I just love her hehe, hi to that particular cutie patotie friend of mine). I still managed to write five chapters of it but eventually dropped it. it's just hard writing if your still a newbie with this site and what the most was, you cant fully be descriptive with your story because you lack at experience and sadly I wasnt familiar with my main character, Kris.

Before, I fully pull-out myself from this site, I tried blogging : Oh My Lamb! I'm Jealous... T_T (My first legit blog) and I was happy, that for the first time ever, someone communicated with me in this site. I tried adding anyone, subscribing any fics, posting in anyone's wall; I'm just an attention-seeker before XD Even I, I hated myself before.

Discouragement was an undrstatement. Even, depression (what? OuO), I also experienced that. I just feel like I was a crap writer. So I waved the white flag.

I quitted aff.

 

 

Comeback:

*drum rolls*

I was revived from the death, LOL.

I cannot exactly pin-point when, but I'm sure it's somewhere between March 2013 and April 2013, because it was summer vacation, for sure. Our class just ended. I was still a sophomore.

I re-started reading, seriously and sincerely some exo fics cause I was drastically influeneced by my friends--exo stans friends. The first ever exo fanfic that captured my interest and helped me develop major feelings towards exo Kris, was Andante's Power of Words. She/he described Wu Fan as a flawless, dominant, powerful, smexy creature and so I fell inlove with Kris--sadly, in this story, at first. Because of this, Ive serached Kris Wu Fan on youtube, watched their vids during MAMA Era. Watching their fancams, live performances, I've fallen inlove to the real Kris. It's funny. Because its like the opposite of the Kris Ive been reading in fics--in which he's always that strong chac but the real him is actually softer than a cotton candy.

I also learned many VOCABS from this author and I enjoyed it a lot.

As I read more and more exo fanfics, I got addicted to it. I also got attcahed to each member of exo, slowly but surely; day by day.

 

Until now, I read not only exo fanfics but also the other fics of other idols, I'm not really a fan. I discovered and still discovering different genres of the fics. Honestly, aside form fantasy, romcom, and  fluff fics, one of my fave genres is the fics belonged to rated-m. XD I honestly enjoyed reading some psychological, twisted fics.. I don't even know why.. they're just dark and mysterious.. I dunno.

Well, I start writing fics again and I'm just glad some of my readers are paying attention and support me now.

My social status. Well, I'm not really a type of person who's a social butterfly. But I'm glad I've meet genuine people in this site. Like this one ahjunnie. HAHA. Thank you for answering my most of time, stupid private messages. I HEART YOU!

I'm also glad, there are some people who added me first as their friend too. Like yay! kkaeb song~ let's be friends!~
