Lauren's Interview

1. Have you ever received Plastic Surgery?

I broke my nose when I was 10 and had to have surgery to fix it. But other than that, I've never had any.

2. Who inspired you to become an idol?

When I was very young I wanted to be an ice skater. When I came to Korea I heard about Kim Yuna. She became my idol. But then when I wanted to be a singer I looked at BoA, Hyori and Kahi. So I have a very mixed array of idols. -chuckles-

3. How would you describe your ideal type?

My ideal type would have to be... tall! With big, pretty eyes and a good voice or a mixture of talent.

4. Is there any time you wanted to give up?

Some days I would wake up with a heavy heart because I wanted to go home. At the time I was probably the youngest trainee and there was nobody around who was my age. I also couldn't speak Korean well so I couldn't communicate and it got frustrating. But I realized my dream was going to take a lot of hard work so I stuck to it. And here I am

5. What is the most memorable thing about your trainee days?

I remember my first day as a trainee was very scary for me. A lot of people approached me on that day as I was really little and young. Not to mention I was American so I gathered a lot of attention.

6. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I see myself married by then. I'll be almost 26. I would also like to have done a world tour and gathered many fans.

6. Who would you like to thank?

I would like to thank my family. Mom, Dad, Idiots. I couldn't have done this without your support. I would also like to thank my company for giving me this opportunity. I'm so grateful. I would also like to thank my members. We did it! And finally I would like to thank my J. I love you.
