should i start a tutorial/advice/tips 'story'

i had one before, but it was quickly deleted because i didn't have things organized and i didn't know what i was doing.

i still don't, but i have a far better grasp on story telling and the logistics of writing

thing is, these tip stories have been so ground into aff idk if i should make another one

however, the majority of the ones i look at don't have what i consider to be important information or tips

also, considering the aff population, i feel like a lot of the people will still be confused

I think you should. Many of the tips fail to go over things like action beats and descriptions. Many of them don't even go through grammar properly. They mostly just say hire a reviewer, proofread, ect. What if someone actually told you when to use a comma? Or when semicolons are used? What about passive sentences? No one talks.about these things! If you need help.brainstorming I will help, but I think you should do this.
