Woo hoo! Another rant!

Idk man. How can you idolize love like that? It's perfectly okay to not have dated once or twice since you've turned 18. There's not some rule book in life that if you don't date by 18 you're a queer. If someone ever tells you that tell them to off!

And then to add to it you're only talking about looks in your story like honestly, that . Who cares if someone is a little over weight? Don't go off ing naming it like that's a reason someone can't get a boyfriend/girlfriend. That's rude and we all wonder why everyone's self esteem is so low.

Oh my god you don't think that girl is that pretty so she shouldn't have the right to date? Only pretty people are allowed to date? I'm sorry but when someone is old and "ugly" what are you gonna do if they have a ty personality?

So everything is okay just because they're cute/handsome? Even if they have a personality. Girls who you deem "aren't pretty" can't date a guy and the reason is because you think they're "ugly"?

Im just- FORGET EVERYTHING IM GONNA THROW MYSELF OUT A WINDOW.

I'm so tired of writers writing like this. Stop and think before you write. Think of how you're affecting your readers. What if one of your readers is a little overweight and they think "oh. well the reason no one wants to date me is because I'm fat. Hey, let's starve myself that way I'll be skinny and pretty and everyone will like me."

It seems unrealistic but I wouldn't doubt that people do this. So please guys, I'm begging you, think about what you're saying before you write.

They might say 'Oh it's just a story get over it!' but when you write a story where the character is called ugly or disgusting simply for being overweight? That is discrimination and makes you seem like a shallow person in real life. I've read a story like that on here, where the OC made it her life long go to turn a guy she liked straight :/ I know it's fiction but it doesn't work like that in real life sorry dear.

Authors should really think before they post something. If you know nothing about the topic you're writing about, do some research before writing it so you don't seem like a jerk or careless.

As a person who's slightly overweight, I feel bad when people say we can't find love because of our weight :( I try to ignore people like that but it does hurt on the inside. Authors please: Think before you write stuff like this.
