Weight-Loss Journal: Day 4

Hey, chingus!

So, as of yesterday, my 100 day work-out challenge has started. I've got a before video shot, and I'll have an after video put up ^-^

So I stumbled across this amazing mashup and basically had it on repeat my whole workout XD

All the comments I've been getting are really making me want to keep doing this. I got like four hours of sleep last night, but still got up and went for my work-out. (Mind you, I took a nap after I got home and showered, but still!)

I've started a food journal, and I'm starting to realize that my downfall is portion controll. But I think that the thought that someone might find it and see the amount I normally eat really makes me stop and think before writing it down (Rules to the food journal: you have to write down what and how much you are eating before you eat ANY of it. Some people do times, too. There is no lying in it. No ommitting, either.)

I hope this will inspire some people to try and be more healthy, too ^-^
