Thank You & Trailer for Flower of Despair
Hey everyone!
Oh my god! O_O Now that was unexpected. I mean, I didn't expect any feature all too soon. Lately, my mind has been with other things, too, due to school and all the dramas I was watching and EXO and the SMTOWN week (kyaaaah, btw).
However, what is a really cool coincidence is that just today I happened to make a trailer for Flower of Despair just before I found out it was featured. Right after I finished it and went on AFF to check the new comments, I was surprised at how many new comments I got and very confused, I clicked on Home and BAM, it hit me. Kyaaaaah! >w<
Woooooow! I'm amazed and also really happy that Flower of Despair received enough love from you to be featured! It is a rather sad story, so I never expected that so many people would like it. But seeing that that isn't the case and that actually, despite the sadness, many read it and liked it, makes me really happy! ;)
But seriously, the coincidence with the trailer (or more like tribute) really is awesome! It feels like the feature is the reward for me making the trailer (it took forever because I forgot to save the last few steps and my computer shut off, etc.) and it feels a bit like fate. I mean, the fact that I had suddenly felt such a strong urge to make a trailer just TODAY after I finished the story months ago and hadn't really thought about it until today! Or maybe I am just weird, OTL.
Coming to the point: it is all thanks to you guys, who gave me such wonderful support! Even though FoD was long completed, you remained subscribed to it and still upvoted and commented, so thank you very much! <3
And onto the video now. It is less of a trailer, but more like a tribute because it already shows the ending, so only those who've read it already or don't mind a huge spoiler, should watch it:
I actually really like it despite my crappy editing skills and the simplicity of Windows Movie Maker. I like the music and the clips I found very much! It has a melancholic feeling to it, which in my opinion, dominates the story itself, too.
