Who among you guys are good at editing video stuffs?

What application are you using?

I only have moviemaker and vegas pro and moviemaker is actually not a good place to edit for me while on Vegas, I am still on the basics of it. 

I was assign to make audio visual for an event in the acquiantance days of in my college department (and IDK who assigned me in that matter because I just know photoshop for pete's sake) and in that audio visual thing I am going to be the part in the photoshoot team blah blah blah of the candidates for the pageant then I was asked to do video about the photoshoot of the candidates.

Sadly to say, it would be my first time to do that kind of thing.

Well, I have experienced making videos but it's purely for my project. You can suggest that I ask somebody to do it but I don't know anybody that is a professional, if I know somebody I don't know if he/she wil help me for free...

can you help me? TT.TT
