Style: Gen's style is generally tight black trousers and long singlets, clothes she's more comfortable that allow for free movement. She feels too revealed in skirts. However, when she's on stage, her style is similiar to that of Bom from 2NE1 as she often wears tight dresses to show off her figures and her well toned legs from her years of basketball practice.

Personality:

Gen is a very driven girl. She identifies what she wants and once she has mulled the idea over, she will work continuously towards it. At times, she can be seen as aggressive because of her drive, but it is simply misdirected passion. Music wasn't originally her passion, but as she pursued her sister's dream, she realised it was the only thing she wanted to do. Gen always seems to have energy, it's as if she runs on fumes earning her the persona 'Energy Bunny'. This persona exists because Gen believes that if she slows down for one moment, that she'll be disappointing her sister's memory. She can often be mistaken as fake by people who don't know her because of her almost constantly enthusiastic attitude.

Gen likes to play that she's a tough girl, but she can be quite emotional. If one of her groupmates is hurt, she takes it to heart as if she is somehow responsible for their sadness, even if she was not involved in the situation. She makes her group mates feelings one of her top priorities, after she lost her sister she feels it is her duty to make sure none of her groupmates go in the same direction. In a way, she is motherly because she can't stand to see any of her groupmates sad. While others might try to fix their problems, Gen will just listen and then help her groupmates identify what it is they really want.

Gen is not necessarily a mean person, but she is a blunt one. She believes anything that's worth being said should be said, and life would be easier of people just talked more. She'd rather get to the point than waste time fussing about with pleasantries and wasting time. She finds it easy enough talking to boys unlike some of her group members, she's the most confident with the opposite wh she regards as friends. She, however, becomes a hypocrite when it comes to talking to someone she likes.

Gen enjoys looking at people, trying to figure them out by simply judging how they behave. If someone had her interest, they'd likely find her to be watching them, not in a creepy way, but more observant as if trying to figure them out. Gen considers showing eye contact to be a high form of respect so those who get more from her are more respected by her.

Story of My Life

This is where I come from

Background: Gen's family moved around quite a bit when she was young. She was borned in Changmai, Thailand, while her older sister Athena was born in Kyoto, Japan. Gen's parents were travel guide writers so they often travelled around the world to exotic places. As they often didn't stay in one place long enough, Gen and Athena grew incredibly close as they didnt have enough time to make friends.They finally settled down in Seoul, Korea when their mother was pregnant with her brother Kwangmin.

Genevieve is currently the eldest of two, but it wasn't always that way. She used to be the middle child until her sister Athena took her life when Gen was 13 years old. It was Gen who found her. It was her sister Athena that inspired Gen to join the music business. Athena had always been determined to become a concert pianist, but she took her life before she could achieve her dream. The year after, Gen decided that she would fulfill her sister's dream, even though she originally wanted to be an architect.

She stole her sister's ID card and used it to get a job as a cleaner in a jazz club, while she took lessons to learn piano. Once she was good enough, she took a chance and auditioned for Choeun Entertainment.

Mother:

Joeun Choi-Geuze | 51 | Quiet and nurturing yet somewhat distant. Can be quite fierce | Alive | Florist | Joeun and Gen have a pleasant relationship; they are not as close as they could be, but they are able to talk to each other about certain emotional problems. They have a similar sense of humour that allows them to hae a close-ish relationship. They don't share much skinship because they often feel uncomfortable showing acts of affection.

Gen was always closest to Athena which left Kwangmin as the outsider. When Athena committed suicide, they became closer but it wasn't a great relationship. They get together occasionally and can enjoy each other's company, but Kwangmin is in his young teen stage where he's too cool to hang with his older sister.

Personality: Brusque yet soft hearted. While his persona on stage is supposed to be all tough and aggressive, his transformation into the softer, sweet guy off stage is what draws Gen in.

How they interact: There is a level of formality between them as Gen is quite awkward around him, however, they message each other each night, conversations which often make Gen's heart flutter. Yongguk tries to treat her like a younger sibling when they are in public, but neither of their group members really believe that behaviour. Skinship between them is often avoided or by surpise as they both understand the difficulty of relationships between idols.

How did they meet?: She met him while supporting 24K for their debut stage

Name: Nichkhun Horvejkul

Occupation: Vocalist, Face of 2PM

Personality: He is a sweet natured guy who enjoys taking care of his group mates idols. Although he is known as a beastly idol, he is actually quite a tender person who seems to know how to make you smile.

How they interact: Nichkhun and Gen both act as if they are old friends, being the foreign ones of their respective groups. It's because of this that the two of them are able to become so close, even though his fans still support the Khuntoria couple from WGM

How did they meet?: They met at an awards show where Gen was mistakenly seated next to 2PM instead of 24K.

Personality: Friendly, constantly offers advice and support to her juniors, can be a little snitty towards Gen, but it is somewhat deserved

Reason for Rivalry: Althoug Gen has no physical proof, she believes that Ji Eun has feelings for Yongguk, and Gen, being unable to express her feelings towards him, can only wonder.

How they interact: Gen is civil with Ji Eun but doens't give the girl her time of day, much to Ji Eun's confusion.

Trainee Years: 5 years

Trainee Experience: Gen is somewhat infamous at Choeun Ent for her audition. After auditioning, she was initially rejected because she lacked feeling in her voice but she wouldn't take no for an answer. She came back half an hour later, dragging a keyboard along with her, cut the queue and performed a song she had written for her sister. She was accepted as a trainee after being heavily reprimanded for her rudeness.

Gen's trainee experience was mixed. She enjoyed perfecting her art, practicing and learning how to become an artist and an idol, but there were some downsides. At times, Gen experienced some difficulties with some other trainees who thought she was fake, because of her enthusiatic nature, and had alterior motives, using her sister as motivation to succeed.

➳ Of guy? I guess someone who lives life to the fullest and doesn't waste a day simply wishing. If he can bring a genuine smile to my face, then he would be the right person for me, even if he doesn't fit society's preconceived notions of attractiveness.
