BACKGROUND : She lived together with her family on a small village just inside the city of Seoul. Their family is not that wealthy nor poor, they just had balance living since they can sustain their needs. Hyeseong was born the youngest of their family. Her mother is an owner of a cafè and a freelance photographer as its sideline, while his father works on a business firm in Japan. She had an older brother, which is an aspiring idol because he is a trainee in Starship Entertainment. Since her brother became a trainee, he seldomly contacts them due to his busy schedule, so Hyeseong is the only one who became her mother's helper for a few years. After her brother debuting as a boy group member, she later asked her mother to pursue her brother's career. Being supportive, as always, her mother agreed and let her join auditions.
PERSONALITY : Everyone thinks that Hyeseong is a timid and shy-type lady, because at first, she rarely speaks. But as you get to know her, she'll definitely show her very true side.
