Dear Beast,

Happy Birthday! You guys are already 4 years old! It's like yesterday you were only trainees, haha.

You guys may have been trainees before, hoping to debut, sing and perform for the world to see; but now you're different. You guys are shining brightly and the world can't take its eyes from you guys. How does it feel to have your dreams fulfilled? You must be happy, I'm sure of it.

You deserve that happiness. Smile with it. You have suffered before, now it's okay to be happy. I know of your sufferings. What you experienced the most was rejection. During trainees, even after debut, even during comebacks, I heard and saw everything. Don't listen to what those bad people say, please.

Gikwang-ah, you're really talented, I hope you know that. There's nothing you lack. Even if JYP says there is, you're perfect. I'm sorry if the world didn't accept you when you debuted as AJ. Even if you were scrapped immediately and though it hurt, thank you for not continuing your path as a Solo artist. Thank you for starting Cube with Papa Hong, thank you for inviting Yoseob-ah & Dongwoon-ah to Cube. Without you, there will be no Beast. 

Yoseob-ah. You suffered the most in trainee period right? A lot of companies rejected you. It's like you're always almost there, but they have to let go of you all the time, clipping your wings before you even attempt to fly. I can't imagine the tears that escaped from your eyes every time they say you're not good enough, hiding from your parents that it does hurt, for them to let you go like that. Thank you for trying everytime. Thank you for calling Hyunseung, thank you for giving Cube a chance. And even though Cube almost let you go, thank you for staying. You're the voice, please always remember that.

Hyunseung-ah, I'm sorry for YG rejecting you twice. I think I know how that feels. You tried and failed, but you tried again. I'm sorry they couldn't debut six people in Big bang, sorry that there may be times that you wonder what if it was you and not Seungri? But Beast is not the same without you, not without its 4d prince and its lead dancer. Please eat well, or else we'll feed you alot! Also, I'm sorry for your father. But we're always here for you.

Junhyung-ah. Popping dragon to another group right? In there, you sang, in Beast you rap. I like it better when you rap. Junhyung-ah, you're really, really talented. Sometimes, I get worried that what if you decided that Beast was not good enough for you and went solo? Don't leave, Junhyung. And thank you for giving Gikwang, Yoseob & Doojoon-ah a chance. They're good people, the rumors wasn't true. Thank you for trying harder when you knew they were planning to let you go. And did you think we're gonna turn our backs on you when you decided to be in a relationship with Hara? Don't be silly like the time you cried when you thought wrong. We're not going to leave you, ever.

Doojoon-ah. Our leader. I watched your audition to JYP, I watched you cry when you were eliminated. I'm sorry for that. Thank you for joining Cube, thank you for trying hard to promote Beast when you acted, because somehow everything depended on you. Your acting is really good you know. Hwaiting, Doojoon-ah.

Dongwoon-ah. Maknae. You're not useless. You're not unneeded. Every member is equal and special. I'm sorry they spoke bad things about you when you weren't able to sing a lot of parts before. I'm sorry they thought you relied on your looks. But Dongwoon-ah, you have talent. You have this attractive voice when you sing. Thank you for trying and practicing harder. You're even a threat to Yoseob, haha. It's nice to hear you sing a lot of parts.

Guys, you're not recycled, you're not hated & you're not trash. There may be more groups to come, but you made it. You made it through. You won, even if it's just a few difference, you won and you guys deserve it.

And everytime you win and have a successful concert,  I hope it remind you guys that everything you have worked for, the years spent on training, rejection but still persevered, it was worth it. When you hear the screams of your fans chanting your name, when you hold the various trophies like the daejun award, when you see the sea of gray lighting up when it's your turn to perform, I hope you guys know that you have captured our hearts and you deserve to keep them.

Because there have been countless times that you have taken care of us, so we'll return the same favor. We'll take care of you, no matter what happens. We're always going to be there for you.  

We hope for more years to come.
