Well in my latest concert was a 1D ( dun judge my friend invited me and bought the ticket before for me) anyways i was in the lawn section a.k.a a mosh pit zone.

We arrived at the queue line two hours before and it was already the length of the whole stadium and it took about an 1:45 mins to get inside so I would bring snacks and a drink.
I didn't take a bag but I had on jeans with four pockets two front two back.
Also i would bring a wallet. the ticket ofc. A phone an or camera. And like a light stick for the offical banner.
I would also bring a jacket ( if it is outside and/or in the night time.
Also in a mosh pit if your tal like me you have a very good advantage on pushing your way to the front ( i did that to my friend who is a foot shorter than me so she can see better) but if your not so tall then i would run to the front once you get inside the place/stadium.

If you got the mosh pit ticket, you should come early if you want to get the nearest place from stage.
And if you're queuing early, you should bring some snacks and beverages. So you don't have an empty stomach and can fangirl freely. ^3^
If you're bringing a bag, I recommend that you should use a backpack. ^^ And if you have Infinite's lightstick, that is the point of the concert. Pearl Metal Gold Ocean. ^^

Yes, if you're in the pit, being short really, really makes things harder. Still, if you get there really, really early, you might be able to get near enough the stage so it won't be a problem.

I got there quite late, and the line was long, and as a result, I got shoved towards the middle of the pit, though I did edge in closer a bit later, but still, early is better. Especially if you're going alone. Make sure to eat and drink and take care of all your needs before you get in line.

What to bring? My personal rec is to leave your bag at home, you'll be too worried about it otherwise. I wore jeans with both front and back pockets. 2 front pockets: wallet (with cab fare and my ticket) and my cell phone. 2 back pockets: tissues. I also wish I had brought some hand sanitizer or moist towelettes or something because people were TOUCHING me all over and it would've been nice to wipe the grime and sweat off. However, less is better, so you can enjoy the concert without worrying about dropping anything or being robbed. :) Dress comfortably and if you want, bring some cheering stuff (like lightsticks) if you want, but they will probably also sell them at the venue.

Basically those are just my experiences and it's probably different for each country and such so you Gould ask other people ^^

I think you should get there somewhat early. I went to a B.A.P concert about I think one hour before the concert even started and the line was already like an entire block. Luckily my friends were there so they let me cut the line to where they were. And still that was like half of a block. You should probably research the place because they had concerts before the B.A.P one and so others were in before all of us fans ;-; If you're short like I am you are at ONE HELL OF A DISADVANTAGE. Especially if you're in a standing area. So that is also where getting there early takes place.
