Style Description: Mi Won likes to wear rather simple clothes. Nothing too extravagent. She really likes to wear dresses and short skirts and shorts that show off her legs and overall is a bit feminine in her style. Depending on the weather, she'll wear her hair down most of the time, unless it's hot... then she'll wear it in a high ponytail or bun. But if it's down, she'll sometimes put a cute headband on. Her taste in dresses can sometimes be a little weird but hey... she likes to experiment a little bit at times. Lip gloss is her best friend when it comes to putting on makeup. She tends to wear ones that give off a slight pink tint. Although she does have glasses, she does like wearing her contacts most of the time. On shoes, it really depends on what compliments her outfit more.

Behind the Mask

Personality: When people think of Choi Siwon's little sister, they would automatically think of a girl that's angelic and would be the perfect little angel. Well that's partially right… when it comes to looks. But her personality is that of a wildfire. She is absolutely NOTHING like the expectations one would have of Siwon's sister. How? Well… for one part she in no way the type of person that would pray. There are times she'll pray when it comes to all major religious holidays but really it's only done just to make her family happy. Unlike her whole family being religious, Mi Won is actually an atheist and doesn't believe in god. But for her family's image, she always did it to make her family happy as well as to make her family shut up about her religious views. She isn't the type of atheist that would try to disprove the existence of God though. She just would rather avoid any sort of religious talk all together. Other than that, Mi Won is overall a nice person. She is polite with others and likes to help them whatever it may be. Unfortunately she is also the type to help a little too much without thinking such as buying cigarettes for underaged minors as well as alcohol. To new people that she has met for the first time, she would always be the first one to introduce herself. There honestly isn't an inch of shyness in her (except for when she's around the one she has a crush on which will be explained later), however, people can see this as a bit pushy.

When it comes to the other younger sisters, she's actually already pretty close to Henry's sister, Felicity, having met her before. Mostly because of where she has studied. [Information for this will be given in the bio.] With the others, she can be a little too outgoing, to a point of annoyance, that they would stray away from her for quite a bit. But she would soon warm up to every single one of them. She is really into skinship just like her brother and loves hugging everyone she meets, even complete strangers. However, she will not hug someone that is a complete creeper.

On love, that is probably the only time she's shy. But it really depends on whether she is alone with the one she likes or not. If there are people around them, she'll act like her normal self. But once alone with him, she is like any other girl around their crush…. shy and quiet. Mi Won does have the tendency to flirt with others without even knowing it. There are some people that have become immune to her flirting though. While being filmed for the documentary, she does tend to ask if she can be behind the camera rather than in front of it. She has a huge interest in filming, which was her major when she was in college. To her, there was always something about wanting to be behind the camera that was more appealing to her than being in front of it. But she's the type that would abide to being told to get in front of the camera when needed. To the camera crew, she's really kind to them and would always offer to hold the equipment when they were tired or wanted a break.

How is your relationship?: They're really close. Although Siwon and Mi Won are complete opposites considering their views in life, they would feel okay with talking about anything. In a way, Siwon would always say that he would be the one to matchmake Mi Won with someone because he doesn't want some random guy to be with her that he doesn't know. And Miwon took him up on that offer. However, they are awkward when religion comes into the conversation. They tend to talk nonstop to each other than that. Miwon sees him as a complete muscle head though and thinks that he thinks with his muscles and abs more than his brain at times.
What is it like to be in his 'shadow'?: Their parents treated them exactly the same, however, Siwon was always talked about and favored while Miwon would rarely get any praise. As for everyone else, depending on who they are, they don't really treat them differently. At times they would say that Miwon was a bit stupid for studying film yet be happy about Siwon be an idol. This actually would always make Mi Won think they're a bit contradictive about their thoughts.
What is his reason for keeping you 'hidden'?: Honestly, it's because of her being an Atheist (since he is well known for being the most religious member of Super Junior). But he also wanted Mi Won to be able to concentrate on her studies and not be exposed to the limelight so early since he doesn't want her to get too cocky about it.
What do you think his reasoning is?: At the most, he didn't want the world to know that he had an Athiest for a sister. He mostly wanted to keep the peace in his family and protect her from the exposure the rest of his family had. Their parents had already kept Mi Won as a secret and he wanted to continue to keep them as a secret... in a way.

Mother | Park Mi Na | 59 | Alive | Mi Won is a little close to her mother but not fully. But when Mi Won had told her parents that she wanted to study film, Mi Na was the first one to actually accept it and let her daughter follow her dreams. 

Father | Choi Kiho | 60 | Alive | Mi Won is somewhat a pain in the to Kiho because of her habit of questioning the Bible and such. But she loves her father nonetheless. She never really likes asking money from him and likes working for herself. However she agreed to let her father pay for her schooling as well as her apartment and utilities. As for everything else (such as food, clothes, etc), she would have to earn on her own.

Sister | Choi Jiwon | 26 | Alive | Honestly... Mi Won hates Jiwon. And vise versa. These two sisters don't really get along and always fight for the affection of their oppa as well as their parents. However, despite their hatred for each other, they love each other nonetheless.

Living Arrangement: Living in an apartment alone... however she does visit home and stay there during the weekends.

Past: Choi Mi Won is the youngest daughter of the Choi family being the younger sister of Super Junior's Siwon and her older sister, Jiwon. She was actually born on February 29, 1988… however, like her oppa… her parents didn't register her birth until June 16, 1988. It is rather unknown to why they had waited to register her birthdate until then. As a child, she grew up with a religious background and being told to attend church every week with her family. But she overall didn't enjoy it. When she was alone with her parents, she would somewhat end up going into a questioning phase such as "If Noah was able to fit all those animals on the arch… how would they all get along without fighting? What about the fish? Why was Goliath a giant compared to David?" Now these types of questions somewhat annoyed her parents but they would never come with a straight answer for her. At a young age, this actually made her lose her belief in the existence of God and she started to become an Atheist. Of course, she didn't really make this known to her family though Siwon was fully aware of this since she was closer to him than she was to Jiwon.

At the age of thirteen, she started to have a slight interest in videography and was interested in getting into the art of film. Now her father actually wanted her to become part of the family business since Siwon would be too busy at SM. In a way, she was rather annoyed because she felt as if her future was decided for her, and she wanted to make her own future. At the age of sixteen, she started to secretly study videography and filming. Around this time, she didn't want to show that she was working towards studying abroad in Canada. This somewhat took her parents by surprise but it overall took them about three years to understand that she was no longer a little kid that they can boss around. After studying a year at Seoul Institute of the Arts, she went to Canada to study. (The year is 2008 now so she's 20.) She studied at Ryerson University to complete her bachelor's degree in Film Making and Production. This was around the same time that she met Felicity, Henry's sister. Before she had actually left for Canada, Henry gave her a signed CD with all of the members of SJM to give Felicity. Although Mi Won didn't really understand why she had to be the delivery girl, she met up with Felicity anyway. At first, she was somewhat taken aback after discovering Felicity was born deaf and remembered that Henry had taught her some basic sign language to communicate with her (basically I'm saying Henli failed to enclose this info to Mi Won). After discovering this, Mi Won made it a mission to at least learn how to speak in sign language to her and understand her. After all, she believed that because their brothers were in the same group now, it would help to get to know her a bit.

At the age of 23, she returned to South Korea to fulfill some intern work for the next three years. (I am not sure how long an intern actually stays...) This was around the time she met her mentor, Lee Sagan, who is mostly known as being the girlfriend of YG's stylist Xin. At first, she didn't know what to think of Sagan because she thought that Sagan was rather young to be her mentor. But she soon realized that her mentor was actually pretty nice. 

Best Friend: Park Ji Yong | 25 | Best friends | These two are actually complete opposites. While Mi Won was into skinship, Ji Yong would actually hate it. Ji Yong is the type of guy that would help Mi Won by editing her homemade videos, and teaching her how to new effects (ones that they won't teach her at school.) He would also sometimes be her subject of filming.
Friend: Felicity Lau | 19 | Friend... well more like acquaintances due to not spending alot of time with each other | Felicity is the first fellow younger sister of SJ that Mi Won has met. Overall, Felicity is the reason why Mi Won wanted to learn sign language. When they're together, Mi Won would practice her sign language, only to be corrected at times due to the speed that she was making her movements (there are times that Mi Won will make her motions too fast and because of that it would make it have a whole entire different meaning).

Park Choongjae (Junjin) | 32 | Shinhwa Member | Friends | Junjin is like an older brother to her and before Donghae, Mi Won actually had a serious crush on him. But of course, she felt that he was too old for her so she ended up knowing him as an older brother. They met while Junjin was still in SM with the rest of Shinhwa and Mi Won would visit Siwon while he was there. Although he rarely talks that much to her, he always treated her out to eat when she was hungry. Although he is her friend, he never learned that Mi Won was Siwon's sister.

Goo Hye Sun | 28 | Actress/Director | Mentor/Friends | When Mi Won came back to South Korea to complete her internship, one of the first people she met was Goo Hye Sun... who is a close friend of Sagan. Mi Won always admired her as an actress, model, and director. When they're together, she would always ask about her experiences acting as well as being a director.

Relationship: Lee Donghae | Super Junior member | They currently have a crush on each other. He was also one of the few Super Junior members she has become acquainted with because while Siwon was filming Skip Beat with him, Mi Won would always come visit them. This was where they actually hit it off in a way. Jokingly, Donghae had asked Siwon in private of if there was any member of the group he would choose for Mi Won... who would it be. And Siwon automatically said to the fish that it would be him because he could trust her with him. After the filming of Skip Beat was done, the two of them didn't really get to see each other that much and would have Siwon be the messenger and as of recent, Sagan be the messenger (Sagan is the girl that everyone randomly thought was Donghae's girlfriend when she isn't.) The two of them are a little childish and would always give little text messages to each other and have a secret code with numbers as if they were using pagers rather than cell phones. The thing is neither of them have the guts to actually admit to each other that they like each other. Donghae is also the only Super Junior member other than Henry that knows about Mi Won being Siwon's sister.

Punchin' the Clock

Job: Currently a film intern for Lee Sagan as an assistant.
What's work life like?: She actually loves working with Sagan. Although half the time she doesn't really get to do anything, she is known to be Sagan's right hand (wo)man. She would always transfer on which director she was working with but Sagan would always send her to Hye Sun several times. Because she isn't interning for a legit company, she would always travel from one director to another, which she didn't mind. She loves working with everyone and leaving all the different aspects.
School: Ryerson University (however completing internship right now since it's her requirement to graduate... I don't know what to put here because of the internship, Jae!)
What's school life like?: While in school, Mi Won would say that it was paradise. She did make several friends, a majority of them (surpisedly) weren't even Asian. Most of them were either Polish or Italian. While she was dorming at college, she would actually always call having the right side of the room. Her grades were decent, most of it were A's and B's. However, she failed at anything related to PE, so to fulfill that requirement, she would do study the English language instead. There were times that she would get an offer to join a sorority but she always refused due to not even knowing what to do with them. She also met Ji Yong (not GD... she doesn't even know GD) while at college and she decided to go back to Korea for her internship rather than stay in Canada. Hence how she ended up being Lee Sagan's assistant.
Anything else?: She does take some time to teach English a few children at an elementary school.
