No Rae is not the loudest person out there. She does interact well with other people, but that's it. She'll only talk to new people for the sake of talking. Most of the time people will think of her as a nice mannered, formal girl. but of course, when she meets the right set of people, she will open herself and unleash the craziness that's stored inside of her. 

You might think that she's a bit weird, as her mind doesn't really go as other people's mind go. She's very imaginative and will think outside the box and ahead from everybody else that they might think of her as a weirdo. They are so obviously crushing on each other but they don't want to admit it. It's so obvious it hurts. Everyone on the backstage team know that she's so in love with him, even though she tried to hide it from anybody else, and so they love to around, putting her on 'accidental' scenarios where she ends up having to work with him... Alone... The same thing happen on his side too. Teasing, teasing, teasing. Everything is shadowed and hidden between these two. But they're so bad at hiding that it's even more obvious than if they just shout "I LOVE YOU" from the top of the building.
