Other: He has one long, thin white scar on his back, from a bad burn he received while accidentally falling on top of a hot pan that was cooling. Both of his ears are pierced. He refuses to wear ties/bow ties because they're uncomfortable is always wearing a simple silver chain that Naeun got him.

 

「Into The Depths of Me」

Personality:

Jaehyun to be put short is cold hearted, not just on the outside, strict, and doesn't want to take your crap half the time. If he doesn't acknowledge you as a person, you're not important to him. He cares only for the people who believe in him, like the leader, his very little friends, and his baby sister. The only person he's ever truly loved was his kid sister, Naeun, whom he treasures dearly, even after being kicked out of the house. You could say she has this huge sister complex and is overly protective, but he's like that all the time, especially to the leader.He has immense dedication to whatever he loves, and will strive hard to protect it (if 'it' is a person) or continue to perfect his skills for it (like soccer). Jaehyun has quite a short fuse, and often snaps at others, although most of the others in obscure are used to it. But strangely enough, he is very polite to strangers. He's a very serious and punctual person and doesn't like it when people get in the way of his work.

Although he is harsh to his comrades, he does care for them greatly and genuinely. Jaehyun mostly does this stuff to protect them better so he won't ever be shamed if he was the reason any of them fell. He also shows a very great appreciation for the leader, as he was the one who believed in his power and gave him such a high position as secondhand man. Jaehyun feels a great debt to the leader, which is another reason why he works so hard. Jaehyun initially didn't feel his power was so important, because if the opponent wasn't like them, he couldn't even do anything with his power. But the leader quickly taught him that he can replicate his teams powers, as well, and he became a great asset.

He started from the bottom of the pack, yes. No one ever thought that a replication power like his could be close to the top. Jaehyun was even upset at himself for obtaining such a worthless power. Since many opponents didn't have powers like him, it was deemed that he was useless by all the others, making him all the more angry. But however, the leader, he was the one who actually believed that Jaehyun's powers would hold true. He was the first one to come up with replication of the team's power. And before he suggested it, using your own power on another was morally wrong (but hey, when were they ever morally correct?), and this method raised questions. But after seeing his own full potential and how he is a quick copycat, Jaehyun's hopes were quickly lifted and he trained hard to make the leader proud.

Likes:

• soccer - he's played since he was little
• Naeun - she was the only one who truly believed he wasn't a monster like his parents thought
• green tea - the other members stress him out often and it allows him to relax
• cake - it's one of his guilty pleasures that no one really knows about
• shopping - he might be a cold hearted man, but he is quite stylish.
• in women, big eyes and long hair - he might not be innocent, but he wishes his future girlfriend/wife would be

• being late - he feels he could miss something important
• cats - he's allergic
• soda - it makes his stomach hurt
• eggplant - it's not appetizing to him
• when people touch his face - only Naeun really does it, so he treasures that.

• when he's pissed off, he avoids the gaze of the person he's annoyed with and sighs.
• he twists and plays with his hair when he's bored
• he puts his index and middle finger to his right temple when he's thinking

Family History:

Jaehyun didn't discover his power too easily, only because he was able to replicate others, and he didn't meet many others with the same as his. But when he was 16, he was angry at his parents for yelling at his sister, and his eyes started to turn gold, and something that looked like fire surrounded him. His parents were so in shock, and they knew he was one of them, one of the supernatural monsters. They kicked him out immediately, after seeing the horrifying sight, much to Naeun's opposition. He assured her it was alright and said "I'm sick of how they treat you. I'll come back and find you a better life, I promise." 

After he was kicked out with nothing, only the wallet he kept in his back pocket and the silver chain around his neck, he stayed with Doojoon's family, lying about the situation, saying his parents were out on a business trip and Naeun went to a friend's house. Life went on normally and he forced Naeun to keep the secret of his stay at Doojoon's house. Until one day, he stayed late at a job (since he didn't accept any gratuity from his friend's family) and was cornered by a whole bunch of those "supernatural freaks" like him, where his true powers were shown for the first time. Among them was the future leader. Jaehyun was given a day to decide if he wanted to join, since he opposed the idea at first. But it was inevitable; he knew if he didn't go with them, he'd only endanger himself and possibly even Naeun. He left Doojoon's house and joined Obscure after that.

 

「My Only Real Family」

Best Friend: 

[ The Leader | --- | Obscure's Leader | Jaehyun owes a great debt to the leader of Obscure for many reasons that he doesn't like to name. He looks up to the leader and respects him a lot, which is seen through his actions, since Jaehyun will only yield to him. He trusts Jaehyun immensely and he feels very.. loved (in a bromance type of way) by the leader, maybe as the older brother he never had. Jaehyun would be the first to give his life for his precious leader. | tba? @_@ ]

Friends: 

[ Yoon Doojoon | 25 | Grad School Student | They were great friends in high school, always pranking, laughing and having fun together. They'd always play soccer together and overall, they just enjoyed each other's company. Doojoon would lighten Jaehyun's strict demeanor (back then it wasn't too bad) and he'd always treat him like a brother. | Doojoon is spontaneous, fun, and extremely hard working. He enjoyed making people laugh and smile, which was his talent. He is hilarious and super fun to be with, and treasures his friends dearly. ]

「It's Supernatural」

Position: The Righthand Man
Power: Power Replication
In Particular: jaehyun's eyes turn gold, and this faint red aura surrounds him (it grows stronger when he's more infuriated)

Fears: unable to protect the ones he loves/keep the promise he made to his sister, drowning, heights.
Weakness: he has a very lean physique, which makes him unable to do strength related things, he gets too absorbed and lets his guard down, if one of his team mates gets injured, he'll stop and rush over immediately, creating chaos.

Advantages: he's nimble and more flexible than most of the other guys, he has an undying drive to better himself, very punctual and on time, he has something called the "Eagle Eye" which the leader nicknamed, where he's able to quickly scan the floorplan and all the opponent's situations. He learned this skill after years and years of soccer, as a forward.
