Today I came up with the dumb idea to make hoddeoks. Everyone agreed since i am a decent cook. 

Well, they probably shouldn't have.

I prepared the dough easy. Same with the filling.

When it came to assembly i really ed up. It was so freaking difficult to close them all the way.

And Frying them? I burned 3. I also nearly burnt down the house.

But upon trying them, it is the most delicious thing i have ever tried ever. 

I ate 3, including 1 burnt one.
