I am not offering services as a graphic designer but I do know how to make posters. I use Photoshop. Others use GIMP; it's free. Then there's Pixlr, an online graphic editing program. See graphic tutorials here for the list of graphic softwares or ask Google. A coder is a person who knows and understands the html language/codes to design layouts. A webpage is made up of this codes. I can't definite what a layout is properly but... A newspaper has a layout - see how the text is divided into sections/columns or where photos are inserted; the overall appearance; visual presentation. You can see profiles here, stories and shops that have these fancy designs aside from the usual layout - black text in paragraphs. These layouts are made up of html codes. If you are referring to the 'description' in the Foreword, there are no rules on what to put there but usually, it serves as a catch/teaser to draw readers into your story. It tells the readers what the story is about but not giving away too much. But if this is the 'description' graphic reviewers ask their clients, it is safe to say that they are asking what the poster/graphic is about - the theme, the message. A review is a critique, an analysis of your story or graphic based on a criteria/rubric. It is subjective for it depends on the views/opinions of the reviewer - what he/she thinks about your story or poster.
